It was amazing
I got to see the Blue Angels and I loved everything I used to live in Pensacola and sorry that I ever left there. The reservations were not correct but that was Hotels.com's Fault

Food at the manatee’s bar is great!Pool closes at 9pm most hotels are open until 10pm. $10 dollar a day parking ,should be free for guests. Beds need to be updated.

The amenities were great. Close to the Boardwalk and several nice restaurants. Very convenient to have Slow Wake Restaurant and Manatees Beach Bar on site. Right on the beach as well!

The room was nice. The place is old and dated. The staff is nice. Pay for parking is ridiculous. Its NOT a resort. Bar was a joke. Advise staying someplace else. Was. Very expensive for whst you got.

Check in was quick. The room was a bit dirty and outdated. Our bathroom door wasnt able to open all the way because it was sticking to the floor. Then our hair dryer wasnt working and half of the lights in the room were not working and yes they were plugged in. They dont offer breakfast but they do have a breakfast place to buy from. The hotel has access to the beach and they have showers to rinse off right on the bridge they also have some bar stools on the bridge to sit. The room was a bit smaller than other hotels we have been to. The bathroom itself was tiny.

Stay was horrible. Suite didn’t have any blackout curtains or sheers. When talking to front desk, I was informed that was the new policy, which is crazy. They even had the two rails up at the window where the blackout curtains and sheers were suppose to hang from. If that was the policy then why have the rails up, makes no sense at all. Never stayed at an hotel that didn’t have any type of window privacy especially being at the lower floor. We stayed on the 3rd floor and at night time you could see directly into our room from the beach. It was like our floor was ground level to the beach, not high up like the 6th or 7th floor. It took no effort to look in our room and see EVERYTHING. I took pictures and showed it to the manager. The other rooms that were not suites had blackout curtains. Some of the other suites had blackout curtains or sheers. The day shift manager (Morgan) said that she would send housekeeping to room to put up sheers and they never showed up during our stay. I was so exhausted from arguing back and forth with them that I checked out early. You could literally see what we were watching on tv and see directly through the entire room. Mind you the bathroom wasn’t connected to the bedroom so after a shower you have to be presentable at night because people could see you go in and out the bathroom. I also had a child with me. This was a horrible experience. Staff were rude and not accommodating at all. I would never stay at this location again.

One plus was the room did face the Gulf however that was the only plus. A piece of the flooring was missing, the frig did not cool until the next day, the patio door had to be slammed for it to close, we had to ask for room service, the toilet tank top wasn’t even made for the toilet and more negative, you had to turn the bathtub knob really hard for it to turn off. Oh and you had to pay 10 dollars a day to park even though you were staying there. Serious updates are needed!

My stay was good during a somber moment. The room was clean, but the bathroom small. Having a kitchenette was beneficial and allowed for snacks and leftovers to be stored without worry. The view from the 6th floor was beach front. The staff was very helpful and assisted me promptly. The pool area and beach access were very convenient.
