Front desk staff was amazing. Especially lisa. I'm a nurse who travels a lot and was on long weekend off with my bf. Everyone was accommodating and when the bar was open, the girl bartender was phenomenal. She was so friendly and stayed while the business stayed. We will be back.

It is exactly what I expected for the price. Room was relatively clean, though the hotel has seen better days. Staff was unenthusiastic upon check in, but the hotel was quiet.

The hotel didn't seem to be well kept. The furniture was beat up pretty bad, especially the lobby, the floors needed to be dust mopped often which they were not because there was a lot of road salt from the outside, only half of the outlets in the room worked. If you need something last minute it's fine, but I'd recommend staying elsewhere.

No room phone connection.
Needed a plunger. Staff said they didn’t have one. On my final night I located one in an open storage room and finally unclogged the toilet.
Couldn’t get an answer when calling the front desk from outside the hotel. But staff was rarely busy at the front desk:

As always the pictures on line doesn’t reflect the actually facility. Place was just old and outdated. My room floor was not swept, I was walking through debris on the floor. Floors were not carpeted and cold as was the hallway on the first floor near the end of the hallway as if a door was open. Lastly the most disturbing was my shower towels were all soiled and one had fecal matter on it. I had to dry myself off with the hand towels. I did request the front desk work to come see for herself but she said she believed and said you can talk to the manager who was not in.

When we arrived, my wife wanted to take a nap and found stains and hair in our bed. After bringing this to the attention to the front desk, they were very apologetic and quick to switch our room. The staff was very friendly and professional.
