I enjoyed the somewhat isolated feel to the location. The room with the single king-size bed was very spacious. The bed with large plush pillows was quite comfortable. The breakfast was good, but the breakfast server was late in getting it set out. When I stay there again, I will request a room on the back side of the building because the light in the front was too bright and the curtain did not completely cover the window.

Convenient for airport and a great price but didn’t like the check in announcing my room number out loud when I’m traveling alone. Room key didn’t work and had to go back down again and had to announce my room number again! Rooms a great size bedding clean and comfortable. Bathrooms tiny. Perfect for an overnight convenience stay.

My room had no soap/shampoo/conditioner in it. Additionally, my room (2 Queen Beds) had only 3 pillows in it (1 on one bed, 2 on the other). Lastly, I could hear the TV from the next room quite loudly.

Terrible communication, had a reserved since Sunday, drove 6 hours got there Thursday night, just for them to tell me that they had no rooms available like how?! Didn’t bother to call or anything. Had to find and new hotel and sleep in the car for a little bit at 5am waiting for the new hotel to get the room set which took 5 hours but they communicated.

I was told I booked a handicap accessible room and I can switch it.. found out they were at full capacity.. then blamed it on the person who did my reservation.. no kind of customer service I asked for more towels and cloths.. “we don’t have any more I have them all out” then charged me an additional $50 for damage fees. No damage to the room per another staff.. I was told they received an email stating o was no longer on the property … I informed front desk I did not communicate with anyone else about my reservation. Front desk said they will take a screenshot of the message and email it to me… never emailed it then when I called about it the message is archived.

First, there no restaurant at tha facility, the building is in need of repair. Apparently the area was once corporate park, but there hardly any businesses around. My brother had book a room there which was confirmed but when he got to Wyndham, there no rooms bcuz cleaning crew never show up to flip the rooms ( The booking of my brother's room wasn't through Experdia )

They canceled my reservation that I had already checked in for a 5:30pm the day I was checking in! I was an hour away from the hotel and very last minute had to find a new place to stay as I had a 6am flight out of Pittsburgh the next morning. So unacceptable and all they gave was a refund no other compensation for the extremely stressful situation.

A few hours after we checked in we were exploring the city and had received a call that the boiler for the hot water heater broke and they were unsure when it would be fixed. We were told we could cancel with no fee which was nice of them, but it was super inconvenient trying to find a new place to stay for my family while we were already in a different state.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It is conveniently located next to a massive shopping plaza which hosts major stores such as Target, Walmart, Bath & Body Works, and an IKEA which made it very easy to obtain groceries and toiletries. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I requested late checkout by one hour which they granted free of charge. Area was very quiet and perfect for a relaxing weekend. It is also less than 10 minutes away from the International Airport which made it a favorite.
I will definitely be staying again in the future when I visit Pitt.
