My stay was horrible. Door doesn’t shut tight. Floors were dirty all over. Shower curtain was stained dirty. Tub was stained. Window was fogged and couldn’t see out. Bed was sideways off its base. There was the most pitiful breakfast available. Cereal and bagels. Lame. Potholes in the drive in with just cones in them. Why. Checked out early. Lady didn’t ask why. She knew. Horrible hotel.

The staff is very very nice especially Lisa and Eric. The inconvenience was there's no ice machine you have to ask the staff to bring you a bag of ice. Only one elevator working. The blue chairs in the room are very dirty they should be wiped down. My phone in the room did not work. Staff needs to do a better job cleaning the rooms and bathroom.

Terrible stay, No water at check in, later that evening no HOT water and next morning no water pressure. No blanket on bed (only sheets) Phone had no cord, tv was blurry and dark, AC/ HEAT not functioning properly. Continental breakfast only when “Hot” breakfast was advertised. The ice machine was not working I had to go all the way down to the lobby just for ice. Overall bad experience.. would not recommend this place

Convenient for airport and a great price but didn’t like the check in announcing my room number out loud when I’m traveling alone. Room key didn’t work and had to go back down again and had to announce my room number again! Rooms a great size bedding clean and comfortable. Bathrooms tiny. Perfect for an overnight convenience stay.

My room had no soap/shampoo/conditioner in it. Additionally, my room (2 Queen Beds) had only 3 pillows in it (1 on one bed, 2 on the other). Lastly, I could hear the TV from the next room quite loudly.

I enjoyed the somewhat isolated feel to the location. The room with the single king-size bed was very spacious. The bed with large plush pillows was quite comfortable. The breakfast was good, but the breakfast server was late in getting it set out. When I stay there again, I will request a room on the back side of the building because the light in the front was too bright and the curtain did not completely cover the window.

Terrible communication, had a reserved since Sunday, drove 6 hours got there Thursday night, just for them to tell me that they had no rooms available like how?! Didn’t bother to call or anything. Had to find and new hotel and sleep in the car for a little bit at 5am waiting for the new hotel to get the room set which took 5 hours but they communicated.
