Quiet, clean and tucked away. This place is a perfect spot for out of town folks and a quick visit. Easy to find, super close to the highway and good eats. Complimentary coffee in the morning and comfy beds.

The place needs some serious maintenance. They had the bar area, but it wasn’t open. The breakfast was all cold no hot products. The overpass for parking was falling apart at the ceiling. The swimming pool was closed and looked like there was no maintenance around it or cleanup for months. No service from the airport. Very disappointed. I picked Wyndham due to its reputation for its name of having a quality product.

After checking into the room we kept it moving to our planned day, only to discover after returning to the room to take it down that the room had NO WASHCLOTHS!! Front desk responded by saying they will bring some to your room “ The next day”! Really! Continental breakfast was a joke! Please serve some hot foods!! Property is old and dated. Also, they are allowed to use the Wyndham name but it is independently owned and NOT part of Wyndham. Sometimes you get what you paid for and that's the case here. Low cost means some things are not ideal. Property is old and dated but the room was clean and beds were comfortable. The "Continental Breakfast" is only a few cold items (warm if you toast your bread) and not even close to a continental breakfast but it was included in the price and the quality or the limited items look good....I only had the OJ. If you want a clean and comfortable bed and nothing else matters, this property is perfectly fine.

The shower hot water came right away, in the sink was another story. Older, but room was clean and cool. Women working was a champ, not sure how long she worked, but was there throughout my stay. Had to use Uber to airport as no shuttle or cab service. $25 for 5 mile ride.

So, this location was very disappointing. Simple maintenance is lacking and the property is very dark inside. It feels sketchy. First thing I noticed was the hole in the carport ceiling. The staff at check in was not friendly. The room was dark and dated. There was a hole in the wall of the bathroom that was covered with some sort of plate. The mattress felt old and was creaked. The AC was Very noisy, along with all of the road noise from SR 376. Went to the ice machine and it was not working, had the front off, but looked like it had been that way for a while. Breakfast, though free, was a few pastries, juice, coffee, and some cereals. Though that sounds sufficient, the sum of the items barely covered the end of the counter and again, the room was Very dark. It is off the beaten path, which can be nice, but in this case I worried that my car my be broken into during the night and I felt a little concerned for my safety. Don't let the website photos fool you.

I arrived to find the property dilapidated and the road neglected, potholes everywhere. As I pulled up to the hotel I could see that the structure was very dated. I entered the lobby to find it empty, and there were several reservations lying on the front desk with keycards attached to them. Each reservation had a guest name on it, but I didn’t see mine. There was a sign on the desk that stated that the employee was away but would return shortly. While I’m waiting for the front desk personnel to return, another guest entered the lobby from the hall and informed me that no one has been at the front desk for 5 hours and that guests were “checking themselves in” by grabbing a random reservation and keycards and staying in that room. I was also informed by the other guest that several people were taking advantage of the hotel having no personnel on site and taking things from behind the desk and out of the rooms. The other guest told me to just take a random room assignment and stay the night, but I elected to cancel my reservation and stay somewhere else. I attempted to contact Wyndham but was unable to reach anyone. I contacted Expedia (who I booked through) and they relocated me to a different hotel and paid the difference. Great service from Expedia. Terrible service by Wyndham.
