Was here for a business trip this past weekend. Would 10/10 stay here again.

This was the worst check in that I've ever experienced. When we arrived and finally secured a room, we walked into a room that was not cleaned. It was apparent as the bed was not made and towels were still on the floor. We chalked it up as an accident. We finally got a new room on the 3rd floor. After a 3 hour drive, we just placed our bags down and grabbed dinner. When we got back to shower, there wasn't ONE towel in the room! Not a wash cloth, hand towel or bath towel! My husband went to the front desk and waited and waited....well after about 20 minutes another guest told us that ALL THE STAFF LEFT!! People were trying to check in, ask for various services, it was a madhouse! Someone called the police because there was no one in the whole hotel to help us! (Pictures attached). Another guest told us where to get towels and we just went in the laundry room to get them ourselves.I've never been in a hotel where there was no staff! It was extremely dangerous and placed guests in a compromising situation where we basically had to fend for ourselves! And that fact that the police had to arrive to assist us. Apparently this has happened before! Shame on Wyndham for this action. This is supposed to be a reputable hotel chain. I will be requesting a refund. This was a horrible, dangerous environment for guests.

We came in and waited forever in line to check in. They only had one person working the entire hotel( per the girl at the front desk) the man in front of us kept coming back saying his keys would not work. Turns out they gave him someone else’s room and walked in on them when checking the key! This didn’t make us feel at all confident. The room was unappealing when we went in none of the lights worked. Turns out everything was unplugged and we had to go around plugging everything in. No TV Remote. TV kept going in and out. No one at the service desk for over an hour when we went to go get drinks and ask for stuff. Smoke alarm with low battery beeping outside our room. Overall an unpleasant experience.

Fridge was barely cold, phone didn’t work in room. Wasn’t advised breakfast time, so I had to call the front desk. Fixtures clean but very dated.

Honestly, the outside of the hotel was a little sketchy. The road coming in was very poorly maintained, and the exterior of the building was clear need of repairs, had a pool in the back that had clearly been closed down for years. But the things that mattered to me were affordability, cleanliness, and comfort, and this hotel was perfect for what I was looking for the. The room was very clean, the king bed in our room very comfortable. There was a yummy breakfast available to us when we were departing in the morning. The hotel was pretty clean and was very nicely remodeled inside exterior just needs a facelift, but For the price you can’t beat it.

My stay was pretty good! Honestly I wasn’t ready to leave! My stay was good overall. The staff was good. The room was clean and tidy. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the hotel was slightly off the beaten path. Will definitely stay there again.

I couldn’t get any sleep because the air conditioner was extremely loud. I spoke to the manager and she said I have to request a refund from hotels.com.

That was fine unfortunately Expedia overcharged me for my stay by $100 should not have been doubled charged

The place was dirty and run down. Not at all what it looked like in the pictures. False advertising!!! I would be afraid of staying there.

Did not expect the hotel to be in the middle of an industrial park. And it was very far off away from everything. We had 4 in our group and there was only enough for 3. The cold water in the bathroom did not work at all causing myself to burn my hand and you could not even get a drink from it. There is one light that works and the outlets in the room either don’t work or plugs fell out. The interior of the lobby ceiling was falling down due to what looked to be leaks.

The place needs some serious maintenance. They had the bar area, but it wasn’t open. The breakfast was all cold no hot products. The overpass for parking was falling apart at the ceiling. The swimming pool was closed and looked like there was no maintenance around it or cleanup for months. No service from the airport. Very disappointed. I picked Wyndham due to its reputation for its name of having a quality product.

After checking into the room we kept it moving to our planned day, only to discover after returning to the room to take it down that the room had NO WASHCLOTHS!! Front desk responded by saying they will bring some to your room “ The next day”! Really! Continental breakfast was a joke! Please serve some hot foods!! Oatmeal, simple waffles etc. Terrible experience!!’

The property is very rundown, needs a lot of repairs.

Breakfast needs more attention . My room light was flickering and only one lamp was working at the time others were plugged out.

Property is old and dated. Also, they are allowed to use the Wyndham name but it is independently owned and NOT part of Wyndham. Sometimes you get what you paid for and that's the case here. Low cost means some things are not ideal. Property is old and dated but the room was clean and beds were comfortable. The "Continental Breakfast" is only a few cold items (warm if you toast your bread) and not even close to a continental breakfast but it was included in the price and the quality or the limited items look good....I only had the OJ. If you want a clean and comfortable bed and nothing else matters, this property is perfectly fine.
