It was a very nice room. Very clean. Front desk people were very pleasant. On the negative side, $20 a day is unreasonable for parking.

The hotel room was cool. The bath tub needs to be upgraded. There was rust near the drain. They do have a small refrigerator. It's near a lot of restaurants and the main attraction (Sea World).

The facilities need to upgrade. Elevators were not working 4 night we stayed and they did not get fixed. Pool was out of service. I had to change rooms because our room had a funky smell.

Roaches and ants in the room, the lady at the check in was very rude, the hot tub and pool were out of order, elevator was out of order. When we first got the room keys we got keys to an occupied room and walked in on someone. Terrible experience!
