I liked the gated parking, the young lady who checked us in was very nice. The only problem was we rented a room with 2 queens and a sofa bed but the sofa bed only had a thin tiny blanket. We used the text feature to request more blankets and batteries for the remote control but never got them. I finally just went out to my car to get an extra blanket. But it was very clean and comfortable for our use.

Online photos did not depict that room entry was off the street/parking. It looked like a very old poorly taken care of hotel that was revamped with newer furniture, flooring, and tile in the bathroom. The walls were still old and a bit deformed, it smelled weird and was far from cozy.

Crack heads in the parking lot, and homeless people all up and down the surrounding streets. Inattentive staff. Terrible shower and low water pressure.
It is convenient to just about everything, so there's that I guess, but for the price we were shocked.

Clean room and floors with a good amount of space. Stayed in a room close to midway drive and it was very loud so I didn't sleep too well. Unfortunately, my fridge was also broken and not cooling at all.

The staff were BEYOND rude. I called and told them another friend would be checking in separately three days PRIOR to my stay and then and when I got there I even wrote down her name for the front desk to verify. I even called them when my friend arrived and said I wrote her name down on my reservation but they said they didn’t see it and kept my friend in the lobby. They didn’t let her check in until I got back 3 hrs after. I had to make them pull my reservation from the pile of only 5 stacks BEHIND them and pointed to where they made me write the name of my friend and they said that was not their policy. So much miscommunication but I did as I was told and asked multiple times for if it was okay that my friend can check in without me there. The staff is not properly trained and doesn’t communicate with each other and then started blaming me. I never even got an apology when everything was resolved. I am SEVERELY disappointed. I have also never been treated this way.
