This place was great! It has near by restaurants and other convenient places. Will stay again

location was ok. hotel was very clean. did not like the fact that we had to pay extra for parking! at least one parking spot should be part of the cost of the room. most people have a car or rent one.

There was no internet for a whole day impacting my remote work while staying at the hotel.

Guy at front desk was really rude. Just had major attitude for no reason and complained about everything

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Wyndham Garden San Diego Near SeaWorld which significantly impacted the quality of my trip. Upon arrival, I quickly discovered that there was no hot water available on the first day of my stay. When I called the front desk to inquire about this issue, I spoke with Paul, who was not only unapologetic but also appeared clearly bothered and dismissive of the situation. His unprofessional demeanor only added to the frustration and disappointment I felt. Further compounding the poor experience, the sink in my room was backed up, creating an unsanitary and unpleasant environment. When I raised this concern with another front desk staff member, Justin, I was met with an unacceptable response. Rather than addressing the problem, Justin stated that because I booked through Expedia, the issue was essentially not the hotel's responsibility. This response was completely unprofessional and demonstrated a lack of accountability and basic customer service. I chose your establishment with the expectation of receiving the quality and service typically associated with your brand. Unfortunately, my expectations were sorely let down at every turn. The handling of both the maintenance issues and the customer service interactions fell far below any reasonable standard.

We enjoyed how quick check in n check out was. We loved you use Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I liked the free coffee ☕️ in the morning.

Noisy, boogers on shower curtain, dirty tub floor.

Good location if visiting sea world. Although the street appeal is not so great - the room was spacious and overall enjoyed the stay.

Wi-Fi was not working on the third floor of my room. Also elevator was broken.

Friendly staff

This property was “motel style” which wasn’t pictured or mentioned. Guest tend to be louder vs a hotel that is inside. We were woken up throughout the nights to loud guest, slamming doors and screaming children. (Not the hotels fault) Elevators weren’t operating. Very limited and small parking spaces and they charged $20 per night for that. The area was very subpar. The room was fine and cleaned daily.

I did not like it I don’t know if it the cleaning products but my daughters asthma was triggered and I can almost say it smelled like mold

The hotel seemed like a pretty old building that was recently renovated on the inside.The elevator buttons didn't work at first and when it did work, it felt like it was about to fall apart. The beds were comfy but the sofa bed had bed bugs in it. The bathroom smelled like piss and shower took a very long time to produce warm water. We don't plan on staying again.
