The front office was nice and clean but this was misleading. The room were not good. The elevator barely worked. The last inspection posted in the elevator was mid 2024. I honestly feel that the rooms were overpriced. I have always thought Wyndham Garden was a better quality. This location does not do justice to the company name. We have stayed there before and was in better condition. I never want to bring my family back there. The front office staff was not friendly and seem like they was always trying to stick you for more money. The car parking of $20 a night is too high if you have more then one vehicle.The Wyndham company needs to do onsite inspection. Just being honest.

Parking is limited especially arriving after 10pm.
Kinda noisy hearing footsteps above floor and other's television sound definitely not soundproof. Room shows some wear down but liked the wood floor as it help subside my allergy a bit. Bed are comfortable no doubt, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are a plus along with the coffee pods. By the way , your receptionist were amazingly friendly both check in and out.

It was convenient but the check in staff member was rude and gave me a 3rd floor room with my family of 4 with large luggage and I ask if there was an elevator and he said yes. When sent to my floor he didn’t bother to inform my that the elevator was out of order. He was so rude during check in that I didn’t even want to go back. The hotel is not that great and the service was even worth!!! Will NEVER stay there again!!!

The person the room upstairs kept walking, jumping, running around. Did not get any sleep, writing this at 4:30 am. I called the front desk and nothing happened.
Also, When first walking in the room it smelled like heavy cleaning products, now that’s faded and it just smells like pee.
Not worth the money at all. Ruined my trip.
