Overall, the property was great! The only hiccup was that while we were resting from a long drive, the fire alarm went off due to some maintenance right next to us.

Homeless around the hotel area. It was horrible. Cockroaches and mice are everywhere. There are ants on the bedsheet. The services are horrible. Like horrible. The room services came at 4pm. They only made our bed. They didn’t bring new towels or replace our trash can.

This review is based on accommodating my reservation booked through hotels.com. I arrived late because I went to dinner with my co-workers after our Saturday seminar. Around 8pm, the front desk informed me that hotels.com had double booked me and that they were completely booked and no rooms were available. I’ve been using hotels.com for years and never once has this ever happened at a 4 star hotel. Unfortunately, due to last minute issues, this was first time booking at a 2 star. 4-5 star hotels wouldn’t give your room away and blame it on a third party.

La experiencia fue pésima por que llegue al hotel y mi reserva no estaba ya que hoteles.com sobrevendio habitaciones y me quedé sin habitacion.
Me comuniqué mediante chat y me dijeron que no podían ayudarme, me dieron 2 números de teléfono para que marcara y estaban fuera de servicio, me volvía a comunicar por chat y me dijeron que en Máximo 24 hrs se comunicaban conmigo para resolver. PÉSIMO SERVICIO .
Como no me resolvieron tuve que pagar una habitacion nuevamente con el hotel directamente y la tarifa regular que es más cara .
En resumen RESERVA PAGADA NO RESPETADA

The staff was nice and the room was clean. The building is old and needs a lot of renovation. I thought I was gonna get stuck in the elevator. There’s a lot of homeless in the area. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby at least.
