Ok

This is more of what I would call a budget hotel. The building is old but has been remodeled. It was once a very nice hotel. The breakfast was definitely less than expected but the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is quiet and far enough away from the interstate that traffic noise is no issue.

Was a nice hotel slow elevators but other than that gooe

There was trash found in my room whenever I got to it the whole hallway on the hall was flooded and water. There was a lady sleeping on the bench outside in front of the lobby.

Old hotel, was clean but just older looks like they are working on maybe updating only gave a 3 star because of the age of the hotel but the staff was good, the room was clean and beds was clean and comfortable

The property is not well kept and the carpet in the rooms was dirty. Our room smelled like smoke.

I liked the quietness and the cleanliness. I didn’t like the odor in the room, assuming it’s from the carpet. Every thing else was great! Oh! thanks for the real boiled eggs! My favorite

Roaches, hot tubs has no water in it. Elevator with buttons broken

The pictures of the hotel make it seem so much nicer than it actually is. I first noticed a slight smell. No big deal. One elevator is broken and the other one is janky. Okay, cool. The room wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst at first, so I thought, I’ll just deal with it. Got up to go to the bathroom and noticed a small roach. And then another one. And then another one. And another one. Not only was I deceived by the pictures on the website of the hotel, there were also roaches. I did “check in” at 3:00. I dropped our stuff off and left. Didn’t come back until 9:30ish. The kids swam until 10. We went to the room and crawled into bed about 11. I got up to use the bathroom about 1ish and that’s when I noticed them. I grabbed my kids and left. The front desk would not offer me a refund since I “had been there 10 hours and didn’t notice anything” and “because I contacted hotels.com first before I contacted them at the front desk”. They offered to move me rooms, but my skin was already crawling by that point.

This hotel was nothing like the pictures, locals called it bedbug central. It just felt dirty and uncomfortable. Towels felt cheap. Only solid thing about the hotel was the large LED mirror in the bathroom.

This hotel was dirty, front desk lady was not professional, smelled horrible, never stayed in my room cause the door wouldn’t open, the hotel was extremely hot… would never go back .

The staff was very nice. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. I was very disappointed with the condition of the place.

Stayed for 2 nights and we were very comfortable.

The shower was insanely dirty to the point I used a towel on the inside of the shower because it looked so dirty. There was hair and soap scum (possible urine stains since it was yellow) in multiple places. There was water everywhere in the elevator upon arrival at 9:30 PM. There was a very foul smell upon entry into our room. Unable to call front desk for noise complaints due to phone in room not working.

It was horrible tv didn't work shower was broken. Not clean
