The hotel was great for the price. Very convenient for walking to Vibrant Arena, riverfront and John Deere Pavilion. Our only complaint is that the pool was really gross in the afternoon. Water was so cloudy you could only see about 1 foot down and felt slimy It didn’t seem like the pump could keep up with the number of people using the pool. Overall good stay

I was charged 50.00 more than what I booked my room for. When i talked to the front desk i was told it was a deposit Id get back after my stay. I was never told of this deposit. I'm fine with it and understand why bit I should have been told about it.

Great location...over priced, stayed in many $89 hotels just as good. No fan in bathroom thus steamed up the mirrors and sure there is mold growing in there.

Each time anyone went to shower it took 10 minutes to get hot water. Then it would cycle hot for 60 seconds, cold for 3 minutes. It was horrible. 5am or 8pm it didn't matter. We asked the front desk, who said yep it was normal for them, they were aware. I thought it was a joke. All that wasted water and freezing showers.
I had to use my personal phone to call because the room phone just crackled. I called twice and they couldn't hear so they hung up, but didnt follow up.
If you are staying for the proximity to Vibrant, its awesome. If you are looking for a hotel with things that work, go elsewhere.
