Big hotel near the freeway. Quiet, not many guests when I was there. The hotel tub was very warm!!!

Wyndham is our owners so of course we choose Wyndham for our stay. We loved hotel although when we got in our room it smelled like it was a smoking room? But other than that, Michael was a lifesaver! Other staff was so professional, polite & welcoming!
We will definitely return in future! Thank u!

The front desk refused to give me a printed receipt when we checked out, saying that we would receive an email receipt, which we have not received, 8+ hours after our 10:00AM checkout today.
When we returned to the hotel after being out, we always had to go back to the main lobby entrance and then walk back to our room, even though there were doors very near our rooms that in the past were used for outside entrance using our room card. Very annoying!!

Lobby was the only nice area. The rest of the hotel was dated and smelled stale. No real market/pantry to purchase drinks/snacks. Wouldn't stay here again, better off going somewhere with continental breakfast for the price you pay.

The female staff who checked me in was not super friendly or welcoming. I had requested the ground floor and she put me on the 5th floor. The only way in the hotel is through the front door so I had to walk a long way to the elevators and long way to my room. There was ample free parking but all the spaces were full. My room did not have a room number on it making it difficult to find. The bathroom sink was very slow draining and filled up with water quickly. The room was spacious, I paid for a suite. Lots of freeway noise as the freeway is visible from the rooms. It was convienent and comfortable.

The room wasn’t bad, however when pulling out a Kleenex, the Kleenex were wet, so we opened up the box in the holder to see why the box of Kleenex was saturated with mold, and the inside of the Kleenex holder had mold growing in it so bad that the Kleenex box became wet super gross
