Great location to major attractions. Decent room and pricing for a place to rest during your trip. Most importantly, the staffs and receptionists are super friendly and helpful providing information and support. The air con in my initial room didn't work properly, they switched me to another (higher price) room (pictures) within 15mins, no issues. Thank you for a great experience!

Worth to the price. The room is bit smelly when entering to it. But once you have turn on the air conditioning, it becomes ok. Breakfast is basic but enough.

a bit old and smelly but they are friendly, the breakfast is delicious. For the cheap price it is great. Recommend for backpackers and the people on budget.

I had a very bad experience with this hotel. This is the first time I have ever met such a ridiculous problem. This hotel is totally untrustworthy and not prestigious. when I booked on app, the price offered by app included breakfast and was cheaper than the price offered by the hotel because before I booked on app, I had called them to book directly for my group of 19 adult people. But then I decided to book on app because of cheaper cost. But right after I got my booking number, a representative from the hotel called me several times to asked me to cancel this booking, and they said that if I insisted keeping this booking, they would not sure to reserve the rooms for my group and there would be no any breakfast. I was very angry and requested to talk to the hotel’s manager to complain about this unreasonable matter. After discussing as she shared, she promised to keep my booking on app with uncooperative and unhappy attitude. I was so disappointed and then I had to cancel some rooms since I was afraid that the hotel would do some troubles to my group and finally just kept a room of 4 people. I would never recommend this hotel to any of my friends and tourists who wish to have an enjoyable stay with this hotel in Huế city
