It was fine, not minding much abt the quality of the place because of the price until my last day. The receptionist got my passport upon checking in - even as Ive fully paid my whole stay beforehand, and forgot to give me my passport as Ive checked out. Resulted in me needing to rebook my flight that same day which costed more than the return tickets in the first place. No apology or whatsoever received from their manager abt the incident after it happened. Wont be returning to this place. A while lot better and quality options to go for.

Good price for 4 family. Old Town, crowded, many tourist services. The front room is nice but slightly noisy. Guests have difficulty sleeping, so choose the back. Friendly staff. Thank you hotel.
