Great experience with the hotel. Location is just right beside the church, the hotel is clean and ancient style. Staff is supportive and nice. I did enjoy talking with them. The breakfast is also nice. As a whole I do recommend the hotel!

Location is amazing, the room didn't look like the picture at all (we booked a deluxe room) the bathroom could have used a very good clean and one morning the water wasn't working. When we asked about it we were told that that they had been doing work on a pipe however it would have been nice to know so we could have showered the night before. A little bit of confusion around the laundry service however that's no fault of the hotel as my Vietnamese is limited.

It's a bit noisy because of the bell ring of the Ha Noi church in the early morning. The quality of the hotel is lower than their price. The funiture and room's old.

The only that was great was the location. Room was a bit dirty and not well-maintained. The room was a lot smaller than the photos. Bathroom was small and didn’t have separation between toilet and shower so everything was wet after you took a shower.

Great location very close to the legendary Cathedral. Shops, eateries and coffee shops are all within reach. Hoan Kiem Lake is only 10-12 minutes walking distance, so it was quite easy to wander around the lively district. Our booking came with breakfast which was available until 9.30am. The only setback is majority of the Hotel staffs struggled to communicate in English, that at times became an issue when we asked them some information. I’d suggest to use Google Translate.
