Room on the 6th floor is very good in terms of equipment and design. Only problem about room cleaning. Cleaning the room only changed the sheets and blankets with cleaning the floor, did not scrub the toilet, the hair still fell and the garbage in the toilet was not cleaned, the cups used for drinking water were not changed.

At first, they said thin items cost 10k/piece. Thick clothes cost 20k/piece. After washing, wash by hand, do not dry, but only dry through the speaker, not completely dry, the smell is still bad. Calculate the price of T-shirts and shorts for 20k/piece. Long pants cost 30k/piece. Underpants 10k/piece. Bag of clothes washed 500k. More expensive than washing at a 5 star hotel.

Laundry scam wash some shorts and T-shirts and charge up to 500,000 VND. 1 piece of underwear is 10k. 1 t-shirt is 20k. Long pants charge 30k. More expensive than high end hotel fees. But washing clothes is hand washing. Do not dry. The food is still damp and smelly.

Fraud when doing laundry. Wash, wash by hand, do not dry, clothes are still wet but charge 30k/long pants. Sleepwear (thin clothes) cost 20k/piece. Underpants are also charged 10k/piece. When I asked for the price, I said 10k thin, 20k thick. Washed a few short clothes full of T-shirts, shorts and pajamas, but it cost 500,000 VND to wash.

The hotel is right in the center, supermarkets, restaurants next door, eating and shopping are very convenient. Relatively friendly staff. Spacious room, large window with sunlight shining in, mattress lying without back pain. However, the toilet has a bad smell, toilet utensils, bed sheets, blankets, and pillowcases are old.
