While living in Vietnam, this was my first time in a hotel that was so unprepared. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes for my food all four days, and the food I ordered was placed on a different table, and I was very angry. On the third day, the manager took care of me, but my family had to go through a lot of inconvenience. I don't want to go again.

Staff attitude is cold, we asked for just one hour late for check out but they asked the time and then said no, it will be 1/2 room charge right after 12am. The room was dirty when we checked in. Food at restaurant is expensive and have no air condition. Its costly to grab a taxi to go out of hotel for lunch and dinner. The hotel 24 km is far from centre.
