I had a very interesting experience in Quang Binh. The hotel is designed in a classic style, warm space is saved, the shore view is very romantic. The ground floor is a cafe and a restaurant that serves European dishes, food and drinks with a high price but quite adequate. Staff is very enthusiastic and cute, if you have the opportunity to return, you still support the hotel.

Convenient location, right next to Nhat Le River and Nhat Le Bridge. Under the lobby is Vintage style cafe, foreigners. Food prices are also 'foreign', go out to eat if you have to pay attention to the cost. Room is a bit tight, no elevator.

In fact, all the customers can confuse about the hotel because their coffee shop be designed so nice. In contrast, The room really bad and ugly (no fridge and the terrible smell from the bathroom) This room just get the standard of a motel, not a hotel as they showed. The time for check in begin at 2pm. We came at 4pm but they did not allow us check in with the reason that the air con need to be fixed. really? So what they did from 12:00 when the last customer check out, they have 4 hours before we came and they cannot solve the problem. They did not compensate until I feel angry and told the staff and they just invite us 2 free drinks. I have to wait for 1 more hour to get the room and they even do not help us bring luggage to up stair (the "hotel" do not have lift). And you know what, when I went in the room, i saw the paper which show their discipline and it be wrote that customer have to pay more if they check in before 2pm. really?, so how about check in so late because their service like us. Another day, the cleaned staff have key and open they door without knock. We're really sock when she open the door dramatically like that. The attitude of the staff do not as what I expect. I regret of wasting my money for this place a lot. The worst hotel i have experienced in my life.

I have a nice family vacation here. View room overlooking the beautiful waterfront, especially at night when the street lights up, people walking exercise and night food. Balcony, coffee ground floor have beautiful vintage background, cool trees. Room quite clean. However, the room was simply decorated, a bit old, the TV was broken, there was no bridge, the price of food and drinks was expensive compared to the common ground. The opposite car park is a public place, so it's not convenient to spend the night
