The best hotel so far in Hanoi especially in Hoan Kiem. Really recommended this hotel, the manager Ms. Nguyen really helpful. You can ask her the best food to eat. And always stand by when I ask something to her. She upgraded my room to bigger which is like an apartment and really loved it. 😍I'll stay here again when I come hanoi someday 🤗

Room doesn't look like they shown at all. Hotel & room was old. Got some other part are already broken. Mattress was very hard & got stain on the bedsheet. Unpleasant smell in the room, we only stay in the room for 2 hours. I can't stand with the unpleasant smell. The toilet was obviously not like what they shown us. If you plan to get scammed by them, you can book here. Not recommended at all

A great place to stay, value for money, just in time for the holidays. The hostess is not very enthusiastic but quite comfortable. The hotel is always open, motorbikes are always locked in front of the hotel, but security is absolute because the hotel is opposite the ward police headquarters. I went alone but was placed in a rather large room, with 2 single beds, beautifully decorated. One minus point is that the water is quite weak but I only rent it to sleep and store things so that's okay.

The room is quite clean and spacious. They provide towel, sandals, soap, shampoo, tissue, water heater and big mirror too. You can ask for laundry services too. Many food stall around, there ' s also bar, ATM, and you can walk to Hoan Kiem Lake around 8-10min. What they need to upgrade is their staff quality. He can't speak english at all. So we need to use translate app at all times. And also they don't have elevator. So I need to walk up the stairs to 4th floor.

Staff and owner or manager so friendly, even the old man as service staff can't to speak english but he very helpful when I get problem with another guest because they play the music from the room so loudly. The staff help me to remind them.

I don't like everything here. 1. Location is just to crowded. 2. Hostel it self need to be renovate, my room is in 4th floor and there is no lift. Bathroom was awful, like never clean for years, a lot of hair. Kitchen sink, refrigerator everything is so dirty, I don't want to stay at beginnings but after my long flight I just need to sleep even the bed it self unacceptable for me🥲.

The owner, security guard and staff are enthusiastic and take care of guests with dedication and thoughtfulness. If I have a chance to visit Hanoi, I will stay here again. The room and stairs are not very soundproof, so people should walk quietly and speak softly to avoid disturbing the surrounding rooms
