non smooking room with bad smell even after air refreshed. all facilities are old. locations are good. breakfast/dinner Restaurant , lady chef was processing trash dish when i asked her to cook soup. She didn't wash hands even i asked her. Kind of suck, i couldnt eat.

我们订了三天三间房201，301，401，房间非常非常小，住一个人勉强，2个人就非常挤了。 客户服务一般，特别是HOUSEKEEPER, 小费照拿，做得却不到位，正常每天都提供2瓶水，第一天只给了1瓶，第二天却不给了，打电话过去，还在怀疑我讹他们2瓶水，房间收拾得也不是很整齐。 但是酒店早餐很丰富， 酒店位置也很好，很中心。

在HOTEL.COM上订房并付全款后，到了酒店柜台竟然无法入住。经过1个小时的电话沟通后HOTEL.COM反馈说是酒店销售部门没有及时处理订单，所以酒店柜台无法找到预定。虽然经过蛮长的扯皮后最终入住了，但是事后酒店和HOTEL.COM均没有给我任何电话解释或者致歉。以后还敢通过HOTEL.COM上付款订房吗？以后还敢预定这个酒店吗？

第三次入住该酒店了。酒店位于第一郡，附近有很好的中餐馆以及越南米粉店，交通方便，在酒店门口很容易就可以坐上出租车，对于商务非常方便。早餐很有越南特色并满足不同口味的需要，不错！

It's in 1st strict. Many 5 stars hotels around here, but the CP value is high! No matter where you want to go, it's okay for walk to main street or take taxi. It's near by the sight seeing place. I was inpressed by the breakfast. Not only the food is delicious but also the decoration was so Vietnam! The hotel service is also great and stuff was nice! About the room, it's simple but comfortable. It was great experince!
