The room was so smelly (musky moldy smell) that I had to change rooms. I had to pay extra to get a different type of room because a diff room of the same type also smelled. The room I booked on app, under Room Facilities, it stated that there was blackout curtains/drapes but when I checked in, the room had no windows whatsoever. The lobby and the room have such a cold sterile look and feel because there is no decoration whatsoever. The hotel is actually inside the same building as a bank. Definitely not a 3-star hotel, at best 1.5 stars. No hair dryer, no kettle.

I stayed for 2 nights in no view room. The floor was so wet after night. I guessed it's because of the air condition. And the hotel was at the top of the office building. That made me uncomfortable. The staff put the towels at the lobby to make them dry.
