The hotel is conveniently located. It costs $2 to get to the market by taxi, or you can walk there if you want a bit of exercise. The room facilities were great—new, clean, and well-functioning. I heard about the disruption in hot water supply in other hotels, but it was not the case in The Luxe—hot water was always readily available. There was no air conditioner, but in fact, we didn't need one. The weather was cool enough during the daytime and cold enough at night, and the room was airy if we opened the window a bit. The price was so friendly when compared to the quality we enjoyed. We'll come back to this hotel the next time.

Mình ở đây 2 đêm, mọi thứ rất tốt, nhân viên thân thiện, nói chuyện nhẹ nhàng, vui vẻ, chuyên nghiệp, mình ấn tượng với các bạn lễ tân và anh hỗ trợ hành lý tên Phát, mình chọn loại phòng cơ bản nhất nhưng vẫn rất rộng, sạch sẽ, không gian ấm cúng. Từ khách sạn ra trung tâm thành phố rất gần, thuận tiện đi lại. Nói chung ở đây mình cảm thấy rất thoải mái, có dịp sau lên Đà Lạt mình vẫn sẽ chọn lại lưu trú ở đây.

Hotelnya bersih, fresh, dan strategis. Staff-nya ramah dan sangat membantu. Bisa sewa motor juga, harganya sangat murah. Kalau ke Dalat akan pilih hotel ini lagi

Lúc đầu book 4 đêm thôi, lúc nhận phòng mê quá nhanh tay book thêm 2 đêm nữa. Khách sạn đẹp, cực kì sạch, nội thất phòng ốc hầu hết rất mới và tiện nghi, phòng rộng, nhà tắm rộng và sang, trong phòng lắp ổ điện everywhere luôn tiện dã man. Phòng cũng có 1 cái bàn rất dài, lý tưởng cho ai đi du lịch mà vẫn phải làm việc như mình, hoặc các chị em cần chỗ để makeup. Nhân viên lễ tân SIÊU SIÊU SIÊU thân thiện và nhiệt tình, bạn cần cái gì cũng có thể giúp, lúc nào cũng niềm nở hết. Trên lầu 1 có cái góc ngoài trời siêu chill, mình hay ra đó đọc sách chơi game ăn uống các kiểu. Nói chung là ưng lắm, ai sắp đi ĐL thì book trải nghiệm điiiii Ps: ngay cạnh có tiệm cơm tấm cũng ngon phết :)) bạn trai mình ăn 3 ngày liên tục luôn

Beside the free Wi-Fi system in all rooms and the entire site, 24-hour reception service, daily room service, taxi service and city tour service is always ready to serve you.

Chính sách trẻ em: - Tối đa 1 (một) em bé dưới 6 (sáu) tuổi nghỉ cùng giường với bố mẹ không tính phí. - Trẻ em từ 6 (bốn) đến 11 (mười một) tuổi phải trả phụ thu theo qui định của khách sạn tại thời điểm nhận phòng là 100.000 VND mỗi bé vào ngày và 200.000 VND mỗi bé cho ngày Lễ/ Tết - Trẻ từ 12 tuổi trở lên sẽ được tính như người lớn. Child policy: - Maximum 1 (one) child under 6 (six) ages sharing existing bed with parents without surcharge. - Children from 6 (six) ages sharing existing bed with parents shall be charged VND 100,000 per child or VND 200,000 per child per night on public Holiday/ Tet Festival upon check in. - Children from 12 (twelve) years old shall be charged as adults.

總的來說，房間還不錯，從員工到房間都挺好的。我對這家酒店很滿意。如果還有機會，我會再次預訂。飯店距離春香湖夜市和廣場等景點都很近，很方便。

Phòng ks rất ok, đi gdinh nhóm 4 ng ở phòng 2 giường to khá thoải mái, wifi đầy đủ, vệ sinh sạch sẽ. Ks ra trung tâm ĐL khá là gần 800m-1km thôi. Ai có như mình đi du lịch chỉ cần chỗ ngủ và tắm thì the luxe là lựa chọn rất hợp lý

Nhân viên thân thiện giải quyết vấn đế rất là hợp lý & dễ thương, ngay mặt tiền nên thật sự đi xe khách rất là thuận tiện luôn nha , mình rất là thích hệ thống nước nóng lạnh ở ks nha , nước mạnh mà điều chỉnh rất là dễ , phải chi khách sạn có thêm dịch vụ đem thú cưng nữa là tuyệt vời luôn ạ 🩷 có rất là nhiều quán ăn ở gần khách sạn luôn nha đi bộ cũng tiện luôn 💯

Before 11:00: We arrived and informed reception of our early arrival; they said they would notify us if a room became available sooner.
11:00–14:00: We waited in the lobby with around 10 other guests.
14:00: All other waiting guests were called to check in; we were not. Upon enquiry, the receptionist stated we had been overlooked.
Separately, we hired a motorbike for two days at 120,000 per day. We returned the key at 07:00 on the last day, but at checkout, we were charged for two and a half days because the key was returned on the morning of the third day. We had not been informed of this policy. The receptionist said a night‑shift colleague had failed to inform us, but still required payment.

3 ngày 2 đêm ở đây khá ok.
Phòng thoáng mát, sạch sẽ, ít khách sạn mình khen nhà vệ sinh nhưng ở đây nhà vệ sinh mình khá thích nhé
Nói chung đi chơi là chính nên chỉ có 1 view cửa sổ vào 1 buổi chiều mưa nhẹ .

總的來說，房間還不錯，從員工到房間都挺好的。我對這家酒店很滿意。如果還有機會，我會再次預訂。飯店距離春香湖夜市和廣場等景點都很近，很方便。

Khách sạn khá tiện di chuyển, phòng thoáng rộng rãi. Đặc biệt là nhân viên rất dễ thương, sẽ quay lại vào lần sau.

Phòng ks rất ok, đi gdinh nhóm 4 ng ở phòng 2 giường to khá thoải mái, wifi đầy đủ, vệ sinh sạch sẽ. Ks ra trung tâm ĐL khá là gần 800m-1km thôi. Ai có như mình đi du lịch chỉ cần chỗ ngủ và tắm thì the luxe là lựa chọn rất hợp lý

Khách sạn nằm gần bến xe, nằm ở trục đường trung tâm nên thuận tiện di chuyển, nhân viên rất dễ thương đến từ lễ tân, chị dọn dẹp buồng phòng, phòng rộng rãi thoải mái, chỉ có điều phòng không có máy lạnh

Nhân viên thân thiện giải quyết vấn đế rất là hợp lý & dễ thương, ngay mặt tiền nên thật sự đi xe khách rất là thuận tiện luôn nha , mình rất là thích hệ thống nước nóng lạnh ở ks nha , nước mạnh mà điều chỉnh rất là dễ , phải chi khách sạn có thêm dịch vụ đem thú cưng nữa là tuyệt vời luôn ạ 🩷 có rất là nhiều quán ăn ở gần khách sạn luôn nha đi bộ cũng tiện luôn 💯

Before 11:00: We arrived and informed reception of our early arrival; they said they would notify us if a room became available sooner.
11:00–14:00: We waited in the lobby with around 10 other guests.
14:00: All other waiting guests were called to check in; we were not. Upon enquiry, the receptionist stated we had been overlooked.
Separately, we hired a motorbike for two days at 120,000 per day. We returned the key at 07:00 on the last day, but at checkout, we were charged for two and a half days because the key was returned on the morning of the third day. We had not been informed of this policy. The receptionist said a night‑shift colleague had failed to inform us, but still required payment.

3 ngày 2 đêm ở đây khá ok.
Phòng thoáng mát, sạch sẽ, ít khách sạn mình khen nhà vệ sinh nhưng ở đây nhà vệ sinh mình khá thích nhé
Nói chung đi chơi là chính nên chỉ có 1 view cửa sổ vào 1 buổi chiều mưa nhẹ .
