Room was huge overlooking the street, which we thought might be noisy, but there were double doors leading out to a large balcony, VERY sound proofed. Pool was a little small and difficult to sit at, but still nice to cool off in none the less.

I arrived in Hoi An in the morning but the Villa still helped me look after my things. The two receptionists I met were friendly and supportive. You can book a taxi or rent a motorbike here. For food, my family had Quang noodles which were quite light compared to eating at local restaurants. Northerners who like to eat bland food will like it. Bread and banana cake were both delicious. The kitchen staff were also very nice. If I have the chance to come back, I will still come back again.

The location to the old town was just a short walk, and the room was comfortable and clean, just the pillow a bit too soft for my liking. No issue of noise. Not much of a view from my room balcony as we were behind. The breakfast was good, with a variety of local and western choices.

Compact hotel, 5 minutes walk to the old town. Breakfast is a la carte but very comfortable and delicious. The staff are polite and enthusiastic. Around the hotel there are many shops for shopping, eating, massage services... very diverse and rich.

The overall impression of this hotel is generally good: - The location is only about 500m from the old town, very close to other hotels of the same price range - The swimming pool is clean - The room is just enough to use - There is 1 minus point. I have been in contact with 3 different receptionists, there is 1 youngest employee but the attitude is quite indifferent, does not greet guests, rarely smiles, like this friend was forced to work as a receptionist?
