New Fairmount Hotel and Casino

A comfortable stay in a hotel that offers very good value for the location. All staff were excellent. We were upgraded to a family suite which was very convenient. Would certainly recommend to families visiting the Falls, and on a budget.

We love the staff at New Fairmount like family. Allen always takes time to make me feel welcome and ask about my family. Esther always does a wonderful job with laundry. The lady who cleaned my room always kept it looking nice. Multiple dinners in the restaurant were very good.

Outstanding Stay at Fairmount Hotel – Truly Felt Like Home! I had an exceptional experience staying at the Fairmount Hotel in Zambia. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly courteous, warm, and professional—special thanks to Esta and Allen who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, along with the rest of the amazing team. Our room was very clean and well-maintained, and to our surprise and delight, we were even upgraded at no extra cost. The hotel arranged smooth pick-up and drop-off service to and from the airport, which was a huge convenience. Even though our flight was at 6 PM, we were generously offered a complimentary late check-out and a complimentary lunch—something you don’t find everywhere. The food was consistently delicious, and the location is perfect—safe and within walking distance to great restaurants, museums, local craft markets, and only about 10 minutes from the airport and the breathtaking Victoria Falls. To top it all off, the hotel has a vibrant nightclub with VIP access and a complimentary first drink, which made our nights fun and memorable. I highly recommend the Fairmount Hotel to anyone visiting Livigstone, Zambia. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip. Thanks again to the entire team for making us feel right at home!
