Children 4 years old and below are free of charge. Valid ID is required.

Ticket validity:

Your ticket is valid up to 6 months from the booking date.
Your ticket time duration starts after the first validation.
You can show your ticket and start the tour at any of the bus stops. Once scanned, you will be given two tickets: one for the hop-on hop-off bus tour and another for the river cruise.
You can hop on and off for an unlimited number of times within the validity period.

Good to know:

Departure times and bus frequency vary. Check the official website prior to your visit.
The River Thames cruise starts at either the Westminster pier or the Tower of London pier.
Buses have free WiFi onboard.
Free earphones are provided, but you are encouraged to bring your own to help protect the planet.
