Yokoyama Observatory is an observation deck located on Yokoyama, 203 meters above sea level, in the southern part of the peninsula in Mie Prefecture.

Shima City's Ago Bay is rich in the bounty of the sea, and is home to the seafood that is Shima City's signature product, pearls and green laver.
