Excelente!! Solo nos hemos quedado una noche y nos encanto. Exquisita la cena sobre todo y no es excesivamente caro. Muy cerca de la estacion de esqui de Ordino asi que muy buena ubicacion.

Très joli hôtel et très propre, personnel très sympathique et accueillant le menu est parfait et très bon, environnement agréable avec vue incroyable . Moi j’avais ma chambre au pieds d’une cascade les montagnes autour c’était vraiment waww 😍j’y retournerai avec plaisir dans cette hôtel ❤️❤️

We booked this hotel for a cosy week away in the snow and cold, hoped for a spa, good food and a comfy room to watch movies, but what we were met with was the farthest thing from all of this despite advertising. The spa is an added cost PER USE despite the expensive room, the breakfast was, quite frankly, disgusting and cold, (the hot stuff like scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages), and the Wi-Fi was SO SLOW we couldn’t watch a thing on netflix. For five days. We ended up leaving early, because not only was our stay god AWFUL, (we were denied a kettle and forced to order ‘room service’ for tea, (where nothing was brought to the room we had to go get it from the bar), and €5 for a bottle of water is insane, in my opinion. Nothing was complimentary despite the hefty room charge, no robes, no slippers, nothing. Laundry service took five days, and cost €35, and was the only thing keeping us at that sub-par hotel for as long as we did. €1000 wasted for crappy service, cold food, slow WiFi, and an overpriced €40 a visit spa with 3 “aroma therapy” rooms where only 2 worked, where we had to practically beg to get a glass of water because staff where too busy on their phones. Never go here.

El hotel como tal muy bien y la restauración excelente. Mal la comunicación con el cliente a nivel de pre reserva. En la web no se indica que el spa solo funciona a partir de las 15h. Nosotros íbamos con la idea de hacer spa por la mañana y no pudimos. En nuestra reserva indicamos que necesitábamos parking con enchfe eléctrico para vehículo y nos comentaron que ellos no sabían nada. Tampoco nos esperaban sobre la hora que llegamos, pese haber aviasado, y por poco no llegamos a tiempo de cenar

The rooms are extremely small and very hot in summer. The bed is very hard as well as the pillows. On the upside, the food was very good and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the reservation we did through Expedia was not honored correctly. Once they realized the mistake they tried to correct but the harm was done. Nous avons pris un repas du soir sur place, celui-ci n'était pas digne d'un h^tel/restaurant vendu 4 étoiles, en effet nous avions pris deux escalopes Milanaises, celles-ci ont été servies trop cuites, sans sauce ni même sel ou poivre, accompagnées de frites, aucune saveur , digne d'un fast-food..... Nous avons retrouvé un gobelet rempli de mégots trempant dans l'eau dans l'emplacement des géraniums de la chambre.... Pas une boîte de Kleenex à disposition dans la SDB, pas une seule bouteille d'au au frigo.... Pas de note explicative de l'hôtel à disposition dans la chambre... Nous avons voulu boire un "Perrier" au bar en journée, mais la serveuse nous a répondue qu'elle ne savait pas parlé français.....donc nous n'avons pas insisté devant cette réponse

100% Recomendable, Hotel a 20minutos de Andorra, rodeado de naturaleza, al lado de un río con unas vista fenomenales, personal muy muy amable, el trato de la recepción fue muy agradable, hay aparcamiento cerca y fuera del hotel gratis, también tiene la opción de parking en el hotel bajo reserva. Puedes relajarte en el spa después de un día de nieve, volveremos.

Sans marque de prix les autres prestations on un tarif écrit. Résultat on pensait aller à la piscine quand on voulait et non il fallait réserver. 100% Recomendable, Hotel a 20minutos de Andorra, rodeado de naturaleza, al lado de un río con unas vista fenomenales, personal muy muy amable, el trato de la recepción fue muy agradable, hay aparcamiento cerca y fuera del hotel gratis, también tiene la opción de parking en el hotel bajo reserva. Puedes relajarte en el spa después de un día de nieve, volveremos.

Très bon hôtel avec un très bon restaurant. Tout de très bonne qualité. Dommage que sur les photos du site on voyait une piscine et dans la description c était marqué chaise de piscine . Sans marque de prix les autres prestations on un tarif écrit. Résultat on pensait aller à la piscine quand on voulait et non il fallait réserver. Et la piscine était bien prise en photo par un bon photographe. Car en faite c est un spa . Bon séjour quand même

Séjour super agréable. L'hôtel est superbement meublé ce qui ne gâche rien. Les dîner et petits déjeuner sont de qualités. Le personnel est souriant malgré les masques et à l'écoute.

Hotel correcto. Lo mejor la ubicación siendo casi el último posible antes de llegar a Ordino. Cena y desayuno muy buenos. Habitación correcta.
