Except the employees were very friendly as well as house keeping, the hotel by itself is outdated noise comes from everywhere , rooms inside hotel are worst than rooms on street side, there is compressor for main AC grounding 24h non stop with open sky.
Overall I requested a quite room and was approved by reservation management, once on site it was big disappointment, I had to change the room 3 times, adding earplugs to sleep .
They lied to me.
Not recommended 😕.

convenient location, friendly staff, clean place. We stayed with family. They gave us a early check-in as we arrived early. Breakfast option is limited, no options to order food, but was reasonable. Rooms are small. 5min walk to shopping place, La Florida and dinner options. Overall a very good hotel if you are not looking for a luxurious option.

Hotel que se denomina 4*, mas está longe de ser. Café da manhã sem variedade, muito simples e chega a enjoar. Não há nem ovos mexidos por exemplo. Boa parte dos quartos não tem cortina blackout. Se vc não consegue dormir com quartos claros evidencie na reserva. O ralo do quarto 607 saia um fedor constante. Bastaria trocar o ralo por um fechado. Não há frigobar no quarto. O hotel precisa passar por uma renovação em todos os sentidos.

I do have positive and negative things about my stay in this property. Let's proceed with what I believe was good, it is well located, close to the turistic area, staff was attentive and helpful, we arrived earlier than the check-in time and without any problem our luggages were storage in a safety area, the room, bathroom were clean, price was acceptable for the actual condition of the hotel, floors are excellent, can't hear steps from top floor, good soundproofing,
it is very quiet. Negative input, the hotel is outdated needs some handyman touches and needs to change those old furnitures, draperies and would be nice if property gets painted, breakfast was continental and the guy in the dinning area worked hard to keep trays full and clean. I am not sure if i will ever come back to BA I will go back again here but just for one night was not bad at all.

No início me deu um pouquinho de medo ao ler uns comentários, porém o lugar é bem bacana não deixou a desejar o serviço de limpeza e a cordialidade dos funcionários, eles sempre muito atenciosos e solícitos. O café da manhã é bem gostoso, porém não é padrão brasileiro (nordeste) tem opções e variedades compatível com o estilo do país. Uma coisa bem bacana é o oferecimento de água fria/quente sem restrições para os hóspedes. As toalhas e lençóis estavam em ótimo estado e muito perfumados. Os quartos e corredores são bem perfumados .

Estadia de um dia para uma família de quatro pessoas. O hotel fica próximo a Rua Florida, uma pequena caminhada até o Obelisco, e a Galeria Pacífico. O café da manhã foi simples , senti falta de opções principalmente de proteínas O ar quente não estava funcionando no quarto, como só vimos a noite não chegamos a solicitar para alguém verificar, por sorte os cobertores resolveram. O banheiro não tinha exaustor.
