Foram 6 diárias neste hotel, o atendimento foi bom e o café da manhã estava muito bom também. Grande variedade de frutas, pães, ovos, frios assim como massas doces de bolo e afins. O banheiro com espaço considerável e a limpeza estava ótima. As duas camas de solteiro eram confortáveis e tudo muito limpo. Sugestão: faltou taboa e ferro de passar roupa e não tinha touca de banho. A energia foi desligada sem permissão, pois tinha medicamentos que precisavam estar refrigerados, pedi na recepção. Mas os funcionários da limpeza retiraram a chave e a energia desligou deixando a medicação sem refrigeração (insulina).

This hotel is dishonest. We booked a reservation and the system told us that it did not go through therefore we completed the form again. I then realized that both reservations were active I went to the front desk to fix the problem but they told us they couldn’t do anything about it. I later called the manager and she said they had not record of the reservation but they still charged us double for the same night. The stay was ruined by this experience!!

Nossa maior chateação foi chegar a noite e o funcionario do restaurante se negar a nos atender pois era 22:40 e o mesmo fecharia as 23:00. Estávamos cansados depois de uma longa viagem e como no site previa que o restaurante funcionava ate as 23hs optamos jantar la, e apesar de ainda estar dentro do horário e querermos comer qualquer coisa nao nos deixaram sequer entrar no restaurante. Equipe da recepção foi prestativa e educada. Limpeza muito boa, cafe da manhã razoável (muito pão, pouca fruta e muito doce).

Hotel rather tired in appearance. We last stayed here in 2018, we felt it has gone downhill since then. The old Harrods building opposite is still abandoned and looks terrible. It makes the road opposite feel very dirty and a bit unsafe. A few homeless people sleeping on pavement next door. Great location for the beautiful Pacificos shopping mall and lots of shops and eateries round about. Laundry charges are ridiculously high, we paid twice as much as at our previous hotel. Breakfast was excellent, the best part of the stay, really great cakes. We ordered a taxi through reception to go from the hotel to the airport, it cost twice as much as an Uber.

La habitación estuvo bien. Me gustó que está muy centrico y puedes llegar caminando a muchos lugares de interés. No me gustó el servicio, algunos del personal son muy antipáticos, no me sentí feliz con mi estancia. El hotel se ve viejo a comparación de otros NH.
