Primero reservé una habitación con una cama King o double bed y al entrar al cuarto me tope con unas camas sencillas. Hablo a recepción y me indican que no tienen habitaciones disponobles, cuando fui muy claro con la que necesitaba una cama king o double bed. Segundo la habitación esta al lado del elevador, este elevador fue sacador de lo mas profundo del infierno. Le suena las poleas o cadenas en todo momento y no puedes conciliar el sueño, te imagina llegar despues de un vuelo de 8 horas con atrasos y que castiguen con esa habitación. Creo que deberían de cerrarla. Deberás el elevador creo que el de Towers of Terror en los parque de la florida. Le agradezco al hotel por una estancia tal mala. Solo pude dormir 2 horas y fui de regreso al aeropuerto a una sala vip. Que fue mucho mejor.

Siempre me genera tranquilidad saber que la cadena NH ofrece servicio muy similar en todas sus instalaciones (también fuera de España). Quizás por ello sólo puedo indicar como aspecto negativo que el agua caliente en la ducha no iba bien. Tuve que irme a las 4 de la mañana y, por ello, no puedo juzgar el desayuno o el gimnasio (aspectos importantes de un hotel para mí). Pero el personal fue extremadamente amable y la localización y el precio estupendos y, por ello, mi valoración es muy positiva.

Sin embargo, la habitación que me dieron (una “superior”) no cumplió con lo prometido: era oscura, sin vista, sin pantuflas ni batas como se anunciaba. La secadora no era la del modelo que muestran y las planchas estaban rotas. En general, buena atención, pero hay detalles importantes que deberían mejorar.

Se ve un lugar limpio, el desayuno está bien. No me gustó que la habitación fuera pequeña, para ser un NH deberían estar más grandes. No tenía secadora de pelo, el jabón de baño tenía poco y cuando hiceron la limpieza no agregaron más.

Convenient hotel. This stay the only issue was that the early breakfast was not included when I checked out 6.45, even though they announce it runs from 5 to 7. Check in was very smooth, Antonio is very professional and kind.

I can't say enough about this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly, most speak English. The neighborhood is clean and safe and is within reasonable walking distance to a lot of tourist spots. The room itself was very clean and modern (it even had universal outlets so my adapter wasn't really needed. I would absolutely recommend the Crillon to someone, and would probably favor trying out another NH Collection hotel in the future if one is available.
