Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel ! Le personnel a été extrêmement aimable et professionnel, en particulier Gabriel qui a eu la gentillesse de nous laisser une attention spéciale pour notre voyage de noces, un geste très apprécié. La chambre était superbe, nous avons très bien dormi, et la vue était absolument magnifique.
L'espace détente du spa était également très agréable, et le jacuzzi a ajouté une touche de relaxation bien méritée après une journée de visites. Dommage que la piscine soit hors service pendant notre séjour, mais cela n'a pas nui à l'expérience globale.
Le petit-déjeuner, bien que correct, était un peu léger et manquait de variété pour un début de journée plus copieux. Un autre point à améliorer: une grande partie de l’équipe ne parlait pas anglais, ce qui a parfois compliqué les échanges.
Cela dit, nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour son accueil chaleureux et son cadre agréable. Merci encore à toute l'équipe pour leur professionnalisme!

Banheiro precisa de manutenção, piso descascado, paredes com marca de infiltração, chuveiro com jato de agua fraco e água fica fria de repente, produtos de higiene de baixissima qualidade e limitados a sabão e xampu, ambos horríveis, barulho de conserto do andar de cima de noite e de manhã cedo, ar condicionado difícil de ajustar. Pessimo custo-beneficio. Caríssimo pelo que oferece.

I stayed at the Sheraton in Bariloche, and overall, it was a good experience. The cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities were in good condition. Both check-in and check-out were quick and without issues. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a good variety and quality of products.
The room I stayed in had some aspects that could be improved: the furniture and TV felt a bit outdated, and the lighting was quite intense and spot-focused, which wasn’t ideal for taking photos.
Aside from that, I really enjoyed the relaxation room with lounge chairs, offering a beautiful view of Lake Nahuel Huapi and the sunsets—definitely a nice touch. Overall, a pleasant and recommendable stay.

Lo peor es que nos dieron una habitación con vista a la parte de atrás que daba a un hostel, y como teníamos que abrir la ventana para no ahogarnos entonces no podíamos dormir por el ruido. 4 noches sin poder dormir bien. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo.

The complimentary water will be given only on the first day, no matter how many days you have stayed. The bath tub got stuck, water couldn’t flow down. Even though the technician came to fix it every day. The breakfast is good but there are not many varieties of food.
