Opera Suite Hotel

Want to say few things regarding the property around hotel. No lights, if u coming little late very easy to hurt yourself. So will be great to think about that. Hotel with all the staff is simply great . Thanks

Staff are so very friendly and helpful. A beautiful hotel.

I stayed for over two weeks here. Some staff members were nice and helpful, others were rude and could care less to help. One example, we had asked reception about getting a fan for our room because the air flow was not good. We never heard back from anyone about it. The mattres needed to be replaced, it was so worn, with broken springs. There was extreme high and low parts of the bed and super squeaky in spots. The cleanliness really needs to be improved. Our carpet was nasty and was only vacuumed the last day of our stay. The tub area had mold, it grossed me out so much. I needed a floor sweep once, and housekeeping didn't sweep it. It was the main thing I needed done in our room! So then I ended up using a pillow to sweep as best I could. I needed laundry done during our stay. First, I had to ask for a laundry bag, then they didn't pick up the laundry bag after I had it ready to go with the form filled out. So I asked reception and they said no one was working on laundry the next day. So then they said they would send someone to pick it up in two days time, which they never did. I ended up washing and hanging some of my own laundry becuase of this. The food was just average. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. We had come to Armenia months before and stayed at the Paris Hotel and that was so far superior to the Opera Suite Hotel.

the rollaway beds need to be upgraded very uncomfortable especially for a long stays, pillows were very uncomfortable, need to be upgraded

The rooms at the Opera SuiteHotel are very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the service was great. Wonderful breakfast buffet! The hotel is very close to the Cascade and there are great sights, museums, restaurants, and stores within walking distance. I highly recommend it. The only thing that needs attention is the gym.

Keine 4 Sterne – enttäuschend in vielen Punkten Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich sehr gut, und das Personal ist freundlich – aber das war es leider auch schon mit den positiven Aspekten. Wir kamen um 4 Uhr morgens an, doch im Badezimmer gab es keine Handtücher, und in beiden Kleiderschränken zusammen hingen nur 7 Kleiderbügel – für zwei Personen absolut unzureichend. Nach einem langen Flug musste ich nachts mehrmals anrufen, um Dinge zu bekommen, die eigentlich selbstverständlich sein sollten. Sprachbarriere: Das Personal spricht kaum Russisch und weder Englisch, Deutsch noch Französisch. Die Kommunikation war sehr schwierig. Frühstück: Ich hatte Frühstück mitgebucht, aber nur einmal genutzt. Die Auswahl war enttäuschend, und draußen gibt es viel bessere und günstigere Möglichkeiten zu essen. Service: Am Abend vor der Abreise bekamen wir plötzlich Hausschuhe – warum nicht gleich bei der Ankunft? Der Service wirkt insgesamt schlecht organisiert. Man muss offenbar alles selbst aktiv anfordern. Internet: Sehr schwaches WLAN, kaum nutzbar für normale Anwendungen wie Mails oder Nachrichten. Fazit: Kein echtes 4-Sterne-Niveau. Wenn Sie dieses Hotel buchen, sollten Sie sich auf viele kleine Enttäuschungen einstellen – oder sehr viel Eigeninitiative mitbringen.

Good location, easy check in and check out, friendly staff, nice clean big rooms / suites, very good buffet breakfast on high floor of the hotel with beautiful views of Yerevan.

It should be listed as a motel in Expedia. The first night we arrived couldn’t take a shower because of plumbing issue in the room. Then a few nights later another hotel guest entered our room in the middle of the night. I don’t know how it could happen. Hotel reception was notified immediately over the phone and the next day in person as I requested to speak to management regarding incident but no one contacted me.

The property has potential but maintenance is required. The carpets in our room had a lot of large stains which make it look worn out. For this price it really needs a bit of a facelift. The breakfast area is excellent with wonderful views of the Cascade. The food at breakfast was very good and the selection was nice also.

very friendly staff, the professional approach by the staff and very well helped by the manager of the hotel. this problem should actually have been done by Expedia but did not do so, despite all communication Whit Expedia.
