Acacia Chalets

Absolutely brilliant stay, lovely and clean, comfortable rooms and a great space for the whole family (6 adults, 1 child and a baby). Very well equipped kitchen with everything you need and more. Great location, very peaceful with visit from kangaroos , bunnies and kookaburras . We will be back

Good central location

We had a great stay. The area is so quiet and peaceful, yet only 10 minutes from the centre of town. We are already thinking about when we can another stay.

Photos looked better than what we got. Hand basin in main bedroom is blocked… needs cleaning.

We stayed 3 nights as a family of four. Loved the cabin, the feel and the space. The location is very quiet but only a few minutes drive from all the necessities. Loved it

I arrived to find large stains on my sheets and no sheets or towel for the guests I paid extra for The aircon was not sufficient enough to cool house down in a heat wave I phoned owner as specified and left a message and I did not receive a response I would not recommend this property

Loved the space between chalets, the peace and tranquility, listening to the kookaburras, sitting on the jetty by the lake.

Beautiful place away from the town centre, would love to go back

Family of 5 (3 adults + 2 kids aged 7 and 9) stayed for 4 nights and used Acacia chalets as a base for exploring the Margaret River Region. It is far enough from the town and tourist sites to be secluded, yet close enough that everything is in convenient driving distance. Chalet in good state, clean and well equipped (though perhaps a few more plates/cutlery would help optimise use of the dishwasher). We had a great stay there, and particularly enjoyed watching the kangaroos come out at twilight. Would not hesitate going back.

We loved the secluded nature of the place and it has everything you would need for either a short stay or a longer family holiday. Our only issue was there is no protection on the outside deck to stop a toddler falling off, other than that it was amazing.

The property was fine, however it was nothing special or memorable. We were surprised the buildings main rooms and balcony didn't face the view, and the bedding quality (ie. sheets / pillows etc) were very average. We were keen for a couple of quiet days, in a 'rural' setting, close to town and the vineyards, which it was. and it was certainly clean and tidy.

Booked for my wife and I and 21 year old daughter. Spotless property, ten minutes from Margaret river town - drive, in peaceful but good location. Ten minutes drive to beach too. Owners text often to check in advance all is well and after leavings. Found the home very spacious and beds comfortable. Would recommend.

Acacia Chalets is well appointed and very comfortable. It is quiet so you can hear the birds and frogs and watch the kangaroos in the front garden. Easy distance to Margaret River and the beaches. A great lace to stay.

Great position a few km from Margaret River town in a forested area with a lake and some kangaroos hopping around; need a car; easy access to caves, beaches, etc. Spacious and comfortable, all amenities in the chalet, carport, good beds and showers. Smoking permitted on the deck where there is also a BBQ. Unusual for guests to be required to wash, dry, and put away dishes on departure although it wasn't a hassle.

Clean spacious and comfortable. Well located and driving distance to town center as well as many popular vineyards too. Suggest adding on an electric kettle for easier water boiling, instead of using the stove, that’s all
