I had an amazing beach view.Listening to the surf was so relaxing.The apartment had everything you could imagin.I could live at that apartment and it gave ideas in the future..Pool was lovely and clean.The Gardens were beautiful.10 out of 10

Everything was so easy and perfect and talk about nice and peaceful with not much traffic like other beach’s. Pay the extra few dollars and go top floor and don’t worry there is a lift. Could invest in a trolley so our luggage could be taken up in a couple of trips from car park .Will be back next year if all goes well thank you

Stayed here for 4 weeks. The apartments aren’t fancy but they’re good. Washer/dryer, very comfortable bed, and updated kitchen. The pool area is amazing and be sure to book a beach view balcony! Covered parking is included. I’ve stayed here before and will stay again. The location is about 1/2 way between Cairns and Port Douglas.
The negatives - No A/C in the bedroom and no fan in the bathroom so they get hot. John gave us a large fan to pull the cold air into the bedroom, which helped.

The apartment was spotless, well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool and BBQ grill were very nice. John was super accommodating and helpful. We spent 30 days here and really enjoyed the location. You will want a rental car if you plan visiting surrounding areas. There is a bus that travels to Cairns and Palm Cove, however there is so much more to see. The only thing that surprised us was that people do not use the beach or swim in the ocean due to fear of cricodiles in the water. The beach was lovely to walk on, and there are small netted areas where people do swim. We most enjoyed our tours to snorkel the reef and our trip to Green Island!! The waterfalls and fresh water holes were wonderful! I recommend Crystal Cascades, Babinda Boulders and Eachum Lake!

Kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans and utensils. The apartment also had a stove and oven however the fees for cooking certain foods or not doing the washing up was a little excessive.

The overall stay was clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful. There was an air conditioner in the living room that worked well...but the bedroom remained pretty hot the entire time because the air just didn't move into the bedroom. The kitchen was pretty clean too, but I would suggest washing the pots and pans before use, they were a little greasy before I was able to use them.

Management was very good and responded well to queries. Sadly the comfort of the mattress was poor, being so hard. Rooms were poorly soundproofed and the people in the apartment above dragged furniture around from 12.30am to nearly 2am one night. Management responded by talking to them the following day when approached.

If you want a quiet location this is it. Located approx. 5 mins from palm cove it was really quiet The room was great on the top floor, clean and tidy and the pool was always clean and refreshing
