hotel nya cukup bagus, di tepi jalan. dan pas didepan hotel ada tram "quensbeerry stop", cuma sayang tidak termasuk dalam free tram zone. pelayanan reseption hotelnya kurang ramah, dan cuek. tapi secara harga dan kualitas kamar serta kebersihannya oke, kemana2 juga dekat.

Absolutely disgusting. Mould and damage everywhere, disgusting smell to the rooms, no lights working, tv broken, beds stained and rock hard. We refused to stay even after been shown two other rooms. Disgusting

Overall it was good, our room did not look anything like the photos though, and it was rather cramped for our family of 5. A few more instructions for the parking would make life a bit easier also.
Overall a pleasant overnight stay. I wouldn’t want to stay longer than that in the room we had though as it was far too small to relax in.

Not a great experience. Booked for 4 adults, arrived to the accommodation and only 2 beds made up (a single and a double). Went back down and they had housekeeping come and make up the ‘sofa bed’. I ended up sleeping on the floor because it was more comfortable than the sofa bed. The photos make this accommodation look a lot better than it is, I had another booking at this property for later in the year that I have now cancelled and booked somewhere else.

The past reviews for this hotel are not correct. The condition of this hotel is very poor and the rooms look nothing like the photos at all. My room was dirty and uncomfortable.

Room looked much bigger in the pictures, but was tiny. 3 people were packed in there. No room for bags, could barely squeeze by the bed in the bedroom. Balcony is extremely small. Staff were pleasant. Room was clean. If you are only using the room to sleep in it isn't too bad, but if you have to spend any time in it otherwise just be prepared to be in a sardine can.

The staff were rude, and not helpful at all, aswell as the cleaners!!!!!!! You waited 10 minutes minimum everytime for the lift!!!!!!!! It was so loud early in the morning, constant banging and vacuum noises!!!!!!!!! I had a "Do Not Disturb" on my door, and the workers just walked straight into my room, asking "Are you checking out today?" which i responded with "Excuse me, iv got a do not disturb on my door, and you just come walzting in, and no iv extended my stay earlier this morning thank you" He just walked off and didnt even apologise.

Listing was highly deceptive. Room received was very old and in need of significant TLC, and not what described on listing. Cleanliness okay. Bed sheets thin, and torn in places - pillows were VERY old and stained with no protectors for either pillows or mattress in place. Issue with portacot not being provided on check in, however resolved by staff later on evening. Good car parking available for smaller cars.

Super close to the city, at a reasonable price.
However it was quite dirty (under the bed there was remains from previous guests), cleaning service only came on request even though we were there for over a week. The beds were very dated and not very comfortable and we had bed bugs biting us. Would be much nicer if basic cleaning and maintenance would be done.

Our room did not have extra pillows or blanket. We did get these when we asked. It had no dishwashing liquid so we left our glasses to be washed by staff. We did not realise till we got there that reception is separate to accommodation. We had to walk outside the building to get to accommodation. It’s not a bad accommodation but not near top star neither

This hotel was not great. The check in took a long time, and the facilities were extremely basic. The bedding for the fold-out bed was HALF a fleece blanket.
