The property may be old but its still great value.
The bed was a little too soft for my liking so I slept on the join of the 2 mattresses. This was fine.
I loved the view of the trees from our window. The pool is always good. I love their colored lights around the pool, and the elevators with a view over the pool area.
A generally comfortable and pleasant stay for us to relax.

Very busy on the weekend so was unable to use the pool due to crowds of children but cleared after the weekend.

The property was conveniently positioned for our needs and for an overnight stay, would possibly stay again. Parking was difficult and our ‘deluxe’ room” lacked things like usb ports and a lamp. The bed was very close to the window and had no bedside table on one side.

The apparent deluxe room was filthy. There were missing fixings. No bedside lamp, broken bedside table. Damaged bed, damaged table, stains on the furniture and carpets.
The built up dirt by the silding door and in the rails was vile.
The stain on the couch was disgusting and they tried to hide it under a throw.
This hotel is not worth $100 per night, let alone the advertised price of $270+
They also tried to charge us $55 per head online for the buffet breakfast (only $35 at the hotel). We chose not to book this and quite honestly after experincing such a dirty run down hotel we are glad we didn't book it.
There are plenty of hotels to stay in Mandurah.....this is definitely not one of them.

Good location, the dinner and breakfast was good, staff were nice. However the room its self was very outdated, the split system was behind the tv which is not a great place, you couldn’t feel the heater enough. The chairs were outside type chairs so hard to sit on, not comfy at all, completely open. The cot base was extremely hard no padding. Also there was no blinds in the living room so we had light coming in all day and night, not ideal for privacy or if you want darkness. The car park needs upgrading there is pot holes everywhere.

OK for a one night stay. Generous sized room, but a bit sparse and could do with being updated and a bit more decoration. Large and comfortable bed. Didn’t like that all lights switched off near the front door, as there was no switch near the bed. Needed to have bedside lamps installed. Strange not to have an iron in the room.

Trash was left under the beds, two of the beds had incorrect mattress sizes, a third bed was collapsing due to missing supports. It was a split level room. The Aircon / heatingwas upstairs and the heat was not able to reach the master bedroom downstairs and trying to balance the heat that accumulated upstairs just made my children overheat and sweat while we froze under multiple blankets and we’re still cold gaps in the balcony doors allowed the code in and couldn’t be rectified . One sliding door was falling apart. I was just bracketed together in place. We stayed here a couple times over the past few years but has really degraded since we stayed here. Last the sauna is now also unavailable.

It was like stepping back into the 80s. The rooms need a serious makeover. The bed was terrible!! 2 single beds pushed together however 1bed sort of firm the other sagging and uncomfortable.
