BUT—big but here—the moment we stepped inside, all our fears vanished faster than free Wi-Fi on a family road trip. The rooms? Spotless. Clean, comfy beds that didn’t feel like they were borrowed from a 1980s hospital ward. The bathrooms had clearly been updated a few years ago and were sparkling, well-stocked, and honestly better than a lot of big-name hotels we’ve stayed at. Housekeeping? Absolute legends. If you're rating people based on their ethnicity instead of service, maybe you're the problem. Just saying.
