Good location and ample parking. The room was a good size, comfortable bed but I noticed the bathroom floor had no floor waste drain and splashed water couldn't get out other than through a tiny hole in the corner of the floor.

I have enjoyed my previous stays at the property very much. This stay was not as good. The quality of house keeping has slipped enormously. The mugs and cutlery were dirty (and obviously so) and there was no butter (to have on our toast) on the second day of our stay. There are also maintenance issues. The coffee maker is self evidently broken and does not work. The lighting above the outside stairs (from the first to the ground levels) does not work. Descending those stairs in the dark is difficult and dangerous (and is a significant OH&S matter). It is a shame these issues have emerged, as otherwise the property is very good.

The room was great it was large, the bed was soft and cozy, the shower was big but there was so much water leakage that the bath mat got drenched, there was rubbish left from a previous guest in the drawer under the TV as well as in the bedroom drawers, I threw it all in the bin. The kitchen was well stocked as well as a Continental breakfast which was nice. I felt secure and safe in this property. I would stay again. This checkin location is 1.5 KM away from the property. They have mentioned guests have to checkin to different place as th 4 or 5 point. But once you booked the property that is the first point in the email. This is unethical business.

The keycard I had to pick up at another reception stopped working randomly at the first day, so I had to go back and get another one. The second keycard stopped working as well, so they sent a technician to provide me with a third card. This was very annoying - as well as that the phone in the room wasn’t working so I couldn’t reach out to reception. The towels in the room weren’t cleaned properly, there was single hairs on them. Overall unfortunately not a great experience.

The front desk was not available and I had to drive to another hotel for picking up my room key. :(
The "hotel" was a 2 story building that was protected with a fence however no security was in place.
I felt very unsecure due to lack of light on the property. The phone for the front desk (other hotel) was not working and I was not able to call for a taxi.
After my business meeting I returned to my room in the afternoon and found my room door wide open. Obviously someone changed my trash bin but forgot to close the door :( I just wanted to leave that place ....
