selama menginap pelayanan dari hotel cukup hanya saja tidak cekatan, dikarenakan petugasnya sangat minimal (yang saya temukan hanya seorang saja tiap harinya), dan pembersihan kamar sangatlah jauh dari yang diharapkan sekali pun bersih tetap saja kerapihan serprey tempat tidur tidak rapi.

This is a good comfortable stay even though it's quite far from the city.

I didn’t like having to pay for parking

The room was very basic, the corridor's were like an echo chamber- doors didn't seem to be closed quietly anywhere, very noisy. Breakfast buffet was good.

Smokers were sitting in front of the property late night talking loudly. The smoking zone needs to be isolated and away from the building.

For the price, it was a good overnight stay. Just unfortunate that there was a black out (no fault of the hotel) so was hard to get bags inside when it was pitch black. The beds were clean but facilities are dated. Toilet and shower were clean but there was a slight 'drain' smell. I only needed it to sleep in so wasn't a massive issue. Maybe if it was for a longer stay, then it may have been. The lady on reception was fantastic and gave us extra blankets due to the power cut but thankfully it was back on within an hour of us checking in Overall, you get what you pay for and even though it was cheap, it was clean and quiet

Very basic, which was o.k. for 1 night, but wouldn't have wanted to stay here longer. A large carpark, but we had to pay $5 per day for parking, which wasn't on the booking.

Fire alarm going off at ungodly hour of the morning to evacuate the building!

Disappointed that although advertised as pet friendly there was no mention of the $50 excess fee for a pet until check in!!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms ok and comfortable. No carpet in rooms so could be a bit cold in winter.

We were family of 3, so the room that had a 2nd level bunk was super "tight". Many little things that could easily be added/improved: * Hand towels; * More than one tiny side table; * Somewhere to put bags without absorbing the very limited space: * Aircon unit was very old and noisy; * Our bathroom hadn't been well cleaned and was smelly; On the positives: * Staff were very welcoming; * The location, despite being on a major road, was very pleasant; One final point, on checking in I was surprised to find that there would be a $5 per day parking fee. The amount is not the issue, it just struck me as a simple lack of transparency that all charges were not made clear up-front.

Corridors are dirty.

It was fine.Location was more difficult to get to without a car,but still reasonably accessible.
