selama menginap pelayanan dari hotel cukup hanya saja tidak cekatan, dikarenakan petugasnya sangat minimal (yang saya temukan hanya seorang saja tiap harinya), dan pembersihan kamar sangatlah jauh dari yang diharapkan sekali pun bersih tetap saja kerapihan serprey tempat tidur tidak rapi.

The staff were very helpful.

The rooms were yak and dirty, both side of the beds and the cloth hangers in toilet was so crystal clear dirty and no one was cleaning them for ages, the toiles were smelling so bad, the rooms were also smelling so wet and uncomfortable. For some one who has alergy like me is a mistake to leave there.

The room was reasonably clean, the size of the room was let this property down.

Mostly the people in charge they have been more than helpful, caring. They have gone out of their way to make us feel welcome

Friendly Staff

This place was never the Hilton, but it used to be clean and had a decent breakfast. Now, the bed in our room was dirty (stained doona) and there was a large chunk of hair in the bed. The front door was damaged. The breakfast was poor. Only one choice of cereal, they got rid of the cappuccino machine (replaced with the worst instant coffee and tepid water), got rid of the cold meats, only one jam (in a broken jar) etc. etc. Very bad. My family used to stay there regularly. No more, it's a dump now!

Room smelt so strong of bleach that it gave me a headache, the aircon/heater wasn’t working, dirty and hairs on the sheets

I just stayed one night but foam are not ok too soft for adult.

The bed is comfortable enough and the property is located conveniently off the Federal Hwy on the way into Canberra traveling south from Sydney. A couple of things to be aware of though 1) The walls are not soundproof. Listening to someone drag the one plastic stool that the rooms provide around the floor after midnight is not fun. 2) I'm not even 163cm but even I found the shower rose to be very low. 3) If you are carrying an injury, or if you are elderly you might find the step up into the toilet/shower to be difficult.

Good for one night stay clean and tidy

This is a good comfortable stay even though it's quite far from the city.
