Fantastic hotel to stay for families specially visiting Sydney for the first time

Everything was so easy, great staff, great location, room was beautiful and very clean!

We booked the king harbour bridge room and the views were amazing! Quality of food available in room and restaurants was great as well.

Everything is perfect!!!! But the bed and pillows not really comfortable

Enjoyed our stay. Only issue was with the Treasury restaurant dinner. Staff appeared to be unorganised, short on cutlery, missed a meal, poorly presented a birthday cake we had supplied. Overall not impressed with the Treasury Restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Sydney and would happily return. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, with a great shower and everything well maintained. The only small improvement I would suggest would be a firmer mattress, as I have a bad back and personally sleep better on a firmer bed. That said, it was still a comfortable night's sleep. The location is simply perfect. We were able to walk to some fantastic restaurants, cafés, and many of Sydney's main attractions, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were also excellent and very well looked after. Overall, a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sydney.

Great views however the room was a bit dusty.

This wonderful Intercontinental Hotel is the place that we immediately decided to book the next time we come to Sydney. From the check in to check out the hotel staff was very attentive and kind. A perfect location near the Sydney Opera house and easy to hop on and off the L2,3 circular quay trams (Light Train here). Hotel was super clean as well.

Our stay at the InterContinental was absolutely fabulous! From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. We were so grateful to be able to check in early after our flight landed at 7AM, which made such a difference after a long journey. The hotel’s location in Circular Quay was perfect. We were able to walk to so many incredible sights, restaurants, and attractions, making it the ideal base for exploring the city. The views, atmosphere, and convenience were unbeatable. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a fantastic selection to start the day, and the Aster Bar is definitely a must-do! The ambiance, service, and overall experience made it a highlight of our stay. We highly recommend the InterContinental for anyone visiting Sydney — we loved every minute of our time there and can’t wait to return!

This is a great hotel with a very convenient location to the Sydney Harbor. We were able to walk everywhere and were also right next to Circular Quay. Many of our tours also picked us up either at the hotel or nearby at the harbor. Club level food was good and drinks were also nice. The staff were efficient and friendly. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job daily. The guys who helped with baggage and cars were so nice and helpful. Great hotel experience overall!

The hotel has a great location next to Circular Quay, convenient for trains, trams and ferries. The bus to Bondi (333) is virtually outside the hotel! All The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a real feature with lots of options, and the fruit and omelettes were fabulous! The bar on floor 31 offers spectacular views over the harbour, very Instagramable! I will definitely stay here on my next visit next year!

After some teething issues the stay was good. The hotel is well located next to circular quay which is an ideal central location for Ferry and Tram access. Select a harbour view otherwise you might be stuck looking into deloittes office.
