Quite run down and poorly supplied

Easy parking, enough things in the rooms to be able to stay there

Excellent location not far from shops etc ,,clean and quiet place,,excellent customer service always with a smile and polite 😊

Great budget stay!

Good location but very old building and rooms. Okay for 1 night stay

The first room smelt awful and was dirty. The staff moved us to a new room which was a bit better. The facility is extremely old, ripped paint/ marks all over the walls. Couch covers were all ripped. There was a plate in the oven with some white “substance” on it. The accomodation felt unsafe. It doesn’t look like the photos. Won’t be returning.

Pleasant enough for 1 night. Door lock was very flimsy so felt unsafe.

We found check-in tedious and the staff member inefficient. He had to search for our key in a messy cluttered drawer. Reception area super messy and not professional or inviting. The room was spacious and clean but there was a large crack in the glass of the wardrobe door and the towel rail was hanging loose. Shower pressure and heat of water was amazing. We booked for 2 persons but obviously only one of us was meant to wash our hair as only 1 each tiny shampoo and conditioner was supplied. No biscuits as are usually supplied complimentary in even the most economy motel.Spare blanket was old and worn. Good supply of kitchen cleaning supplies left. The whole room while clean and spacious was tired and dated with a few recent additions like a new toilet and sink but the general feel was tired.

Room cleanish. Property very old and run down and in need of a makeover desperately.

Property entry was not well signed and we missed the turn off. Front desk was unattended when we arrived at about 3pm so we had to wait outside in the cold. Room was not very clean. Bathroom exhaust fan was dirty and noisy. On site restaurant and bar; bar had two foreign beers on tap but the taps weren’t working so we purchased two beers from the fridge, they were not cold, needless to say we didn’t purchase any more and left the bar. Security bond has not yet been returned two days after checking out.

Manager opened up at 1am to let me in!

If you know the movie you know what to expect. To call it an International is an over statement, Suburban would be more fitting. I am sure it once was palatial but now it is broken Whilst it was relatively clean and staff were friendly it was a disappointment to say the least. The room 48 was down in the ghettos we were moved to 52 which at least had natural light but still in poor condition

I was that horrified at the condition and state of the room that I left pretty much as soon as we arrived. I was looking forward to a relaxing night in, with having a "spa suite" - the spa had definitely seen better days.. and could smell mold as soon as you entered the room. It looked as though someone was just previously in there as the lamp shades were not straight, there was alot of dust accumulated and i didnt feel comfortable laying on the bad bed or sitting on the dirty couch. The floor was disgusting too.. I didnt even use any of the facilities, I was so upset and unsure about the whole vibe there in general that i had no choice but to leave and am hopful to retrieve any of my money back for such a disappointing experience for such an expensive "hotel". I was scared for myself and partners well being.

No hot shower, nowhere near walking distance to hotels or restaurants. I would not stay again for those reasons

The room was clean & tidy but had the most appalling smell - like stale vomit

I booked the "Executive Suite" I arrived to find the bin full of someone's take away. There were ants on the coffee table, that had not been cleaned. The table had burn marks on it. The toilet seat was broken, the safety latch for the door was broken. The power cable for table light in the bedroom was held together with duct tape. Shampoo & soap were not supplied. There was no hot water, I had to use cold water for my morning shower

The property was very convenient for what we were visiting for, but very dated and need some repairs. Four Scotch glasses would have been appreciated.
