1. The room was located on a low floor, and I could clearly hear traffic and train noises throughout the night. It felt like sleeping on the street.
2. There was an ant nest on the kitchen floor, which raises serious hygiene concerns.
3. A red stain was found on the floor mat, which appeared to be blood or another unknown substance，extremely unhygienic.

Very convenient to Epworth Hospital and very friendly staff…just what I needed when my husband was having major surgery! This made his hospital stay seem so much more manageable for me. I think he liked having me close by too. The room was lovely and very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Garbage people operating at the rear of the building very noisy. If you are going to charge people a $200 deposit when they arrive at the premises after already paying for the room is a disgrace. Charge the refundable deposit when the room is booked and paid for

We had a great stay. Lanbruk is a very easy walk to the MCG and Rod Laver. The rooms are very modern, clean and well equipped. They were also kind enough to give us an early check in.
You do get some noise from Bridge Rd but it wasn’t an issue.

There was a weird wind tunnel happening in my room (403) where I had to place a towel at the door to stop excessive wind noise due to the seals not working on the front door. Chocolates were a nice touch. There was a stain on the mattress protector and no cover on the quilt it was just sandwiched between two sheets. Great coffee and clean everywhere else. But overall I didn’t love the place.

Very friendly staff at checkin, very clean and comfortable room. No views on the lower floors so if you want a view try to get the upper floors, level 6 or 7. Great location for the MCG and the CBD is very close, 5-7 minutes by tram.

Be careful of poor communication. Expect that no one will be there to hear and help you in case you need assistance. They should have good effcetive communication at least during the stay. I liked the surroundings but hotel could improve in their professional and responsible compnents.
