Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Facilities and hotel room were lovely. We had a great holiday and will definitely be back.

Well-appointed apartment.
My only grizzles are:
As per our February 2024 stay, I had to ask for a plug for the bathroom hand basin. I must be one of a few males who like to shave with a hand razor and a full basin of hot water. The plug was supplied immediately, upon request.
The shower mixer could do with upgrading. It was difficult to set it at just the correct temperature for me. Probably not a problem for most but I am not in favour of the overhead delivery of water

I felt the apartment was in need of rejuvenation.
In particular the laundry tub & shower surrounds were marked & looked grubby. I did advise the receptionist of this.
It was a convenient location & over all a good choice. The chlorine in the water affected my skin causing redness & itching. It’s unlikely I would stay in Coolangatta again.

Very nice entrance and pool area.
The unit we ha is spacious with wonderful views, however it is in need of a good clean and is due for update.

It was a clean & tidy unit, exactly as I expected. The kitch could use a few more item for cooking purposes. Over all we were happy with our stay.
