Checked in after a late flight. Very friendly service and excellent velvet parking service -worth it. Easy check in process and the hotel room was very spacious and comfy beds..loved the late check out. Would have loved a more higher level room. Will be back for sure.

ホテル前の駐車スペースが十分でなく、出発の際、車(3台)停めておくことが難しかった。日本のホテルに比べアメニティが乏しかったが、荷物を長期(6日間)預かってもらえて助かった。総合評価としては問題ありません。

Bathroom old and run down with cracked tiles, stained bath and just general low apeal. No amenties available. No coffee machine. It was comfortable for the price though.

Staff are excellent and do their best. Hotel is tired needs some maintenance. Good cbd location. Excellent swimming pool on the roof. Big bath in the room which is nice.

Refurbishment needed - carpet in room has stretched and wrinkled, wall paper bubbled, bedside lamp shade damaged and switch broken, caroets in lift lobby and hallways on our floor dirty, water pressure in shower very poor sometimes and only just adequate at others, so that you had to stand so close to the shower that the non slip coating on the bath was 450 cm further down the bath and i was standing on the slippery bath base - no rubber mat provided, curtains partly hanging off the track.

There are two parts to the hotel, one side is refurbished and are the pictures displayed on the website and the second part is the old hidden side and where most holiday visitors are placed. It’s where the bathroom has cracked tiles and paint peeling in the tub. The carpet is stained with red wine, hand prints on the walls and dust covering the light fixtures. It wasn’t a relaxing experience.

Wifi never work properly when i pay for amendments i expect it or a return fund because ur providing advertising is false pluse it it time u up grade on tvs there priminitive had old features plus u should advertise size limmit on valay parking staff need to be more providing on facilities as well

The first room we were given had large wine stains in the carpet. Second room was ok. No smells and reasonably clean but really needs a renovation.

Our only complaint is the quality of the bed, it did not provide a good sleep. Every time one person moved the whole bed shook, plus it felt smaller than a queen size bed and had some sort of plastic topping on the mattress which makes a terrible noise everytime you move.

Very outdated needs a revamp. We were upgraded to a superior room and the carpet was lifting and rolled in the centre of the room.
