Nice and safe security, although the gate was left open one evening. Great location and the adjacent hotel was excellent for food on both evenings. Highly recommend and if all NightCaps are premises like this and the Wollongong one, I know where will stay when next in Australia!

clean, Comfortable bed and room. Great shower
two things i didn't like.....aircon was not very good looked a bit dirty. needs some servicing, i think.
the other was a great gig spiderweb in the same corner. that was there the whole 4 days.
otherwise i was very happy with everything..thank you.ill stay again some time in the future

Got there and had to change the booking on the spot.
Completely helpful, no questions asked. The staff are a credit to the management. You should give them a raise. I have their number, if you don't, I'll drop it to one star don't come here .....

The beds are single beds just pushed together to make a queen size, so you sink on the middle.
The bathroom had pubes, and I found the staff dismissive.

Whether pre-check-in is completed or not the process for check-in is by far the worst part of the experience here.
Last night the staff focused on everything but checking in.
When I asked why the pre-check-in because they did it all again manually anyway, they said don't know we're just the bar staff??
