Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort

ホテルの方は特にレストランのスタッフが親切でした。プールもめっちゃ良かった。真ん中が深いので浮き輪とかあってもいいかも。ホテルの部屋に水のボトルはなくて、オーストラリアはミネラルウォーターが4ドル以上するので、水を持ってくのをオススメします。

This resort is absolutely beautiful, the room was great. Bed was very comfortable. The only problem was the bar fridge doesnt get cold at all. The property itself is very well taken care of, always nice and clean. Housing keeping staff were amazing always asking if we needed anything. The food in the restaurant was fantastic!! Best steak ive ever had. It was a little strange that you dont get table service in the restaurant, you have to go outside to the bar to order food. The pool is really nice, but we were very disappointed that we paid for a pool view room and didn't get it. But over all we had a great holiday at this beautiful resort.

A hospitable and great place for families, and a nearby walk to restaurants and the seashore.

Great trip, could walk everywhere, kids loves the pool and activities and the breakfast was awesome.

Our first time in Cairns and our Novatel stay was excellent

Excellent for families with kids. Hotel does need a revamp / renovation. Bathroom room paint peeling off due to moisture and water seeping out from the shower as tile slope for drain was not inclined much. A/c stoped working on the last night, it was hot an muggy. Tried to call the reception no answer but have mentioned this upon check out. They did apologise.

The cleanliness and friendly staff made for a great stay. New roller blinds would just made the rooms extra clean feeling

Very nice

After initial check in only to be told our room was not ready. They will let us know when it is. Over an hour later and asking 3 times, they advised room still is not ready. Eventually gave us another room. By the pool day 3 and tables were filthy. Asked a bar attendant for a cloth to clean them. Was hand a cloth. Wouldn't have been so annoying if 3 staff weren't standing there talking. We'll clean the tables for you. Overall a good place and can only hope our stay was a few off days for staff.

The staff were all wonderful and couldn't help you enough. The pool area, whilst extremely kid friendly, was still able to cater for adults with a good bar area. Getting a lounge around the pool, can be challenging with people just leaving towels on the lounge for hours at time to reserve them, when someone else could have been using them. Sometimes you just have to move the towels and use the lounge. Rooms are a good size, and all conveniently located to the pool. We were in a family group with adult children and grandchildren, it proved the ideal resort for us. The breakfast was also good.

Excellent resort with kids. The pool is magnificent , with the sandy beach. Swim up bar is a bonus. It’s great you can order food even at the swim up bar. The resort staff very helpful and very friendly. The breakfast buffet is excellent, so much to chose from . The lady who is greeting you is super lovely. Rooms are clean and perfect for a good night sleep beds are extra comfortable. Everything is wonderful in this hotel so close to the esplanade like 5 min walk. Only issue I had, the let the public to walk in and swim in the pool, by 10 am there was no available chairs and most people who reserved the sun beds had their own towels from outside I even asked one of them they told me they can just walk in while the paying customers don’t get a sunbed, while I paid over $200 for a night. Due to the public traffic on Saturday the pool was hectic. They need to respect the customers and close the public out who just wish to walk in for a swim. Otherwise I loved the resort would return again

Our room was like staying in a motel room from the 80's. Chipped tiles, mold around the tub.

3月末に家族（夫婦+子供2人長男7歳、次女3歳）で利用しました。 英語に不安があったので、日本語対応のこちらのホテルを選びましたが、受付では日本人スタッフは居てませんでした。たまたま居てない日・時間だったかもしれないです。 ただスタッフの対応は良く、チェックインも荷物預けも問題なく行えました。 プールも綺麗で砂浜もあり、子供たちはずっと遊んでいました。ただプールへの入り方（柵の開け方）が分からずウロウロしていました。なかなか日本人には馴染みのない扉の開け方だったので、、、 部屋も特に汚いところはありませんでした。 毎日の清掃も綺麗で特に不満もありません。 朝ご飯用に買っていたパンが朝起きたら、蟻まみれになっていたので、お菓子やジュースの残り物は綺麗に洗ってゴミ箱に入れるか、冷蔵庫に入れて保存することをおススメします。

Nice rooms and guest spaces. Local walking to supermarket and access to tours. Short taxi from the airport.

アリがいた以外は非常に良いホテルでした。

中心地やラグーンプールに近く、夜でも安心して歩ける環境です。ホテルのプールも清潔で良かったです。 建物は全体的に古く、バスルームが狭まくてシャワーカーテンがないため床が水びたしになったりしました。

お世話になりありがとうございました。 スタッフの皆さんとても親切で安心して旅行が出来ました。アップグレードの件で何度も問い合わせさせて頂きましたが、とても気持ちよくご対応頂きました。 不満を言うならば、建物自体が古く、部屋ももう少し広かったらよかったなと思いますが、プールもあり良かったと思います。
