the bathrooms were not clean, there was a soap bar from the previous people in the shower and the ensuite had stained towels. The place was not wiped down before our stay I believe, also there was a hair in the second bedroom bed. Overall a very sad stay, the car got towed due to it being to big to fit under the car park so overall spent $800 on top of this $450 stay. $45 for parking as-well? $25 most for overnight parking at shopping centres, just a joke. I usually take my rubbish when I leave the apartment but this time I left it in hopes they actually do clean the apartment. Thank you for a terrible stay Oaks.

The only thing I was disappointed about was that each room has a key to open the room door rather than a swipe card as is now common. The staff were friendly and helpful however. Note also that the lifts are being refurbished. Perhaps they will do the same with the rooms. Overall it was good value for money.

Overall disappointing. Coffee machine and ironing board both broken, wouldn’t provide our VIP bottle of wine even though showed them confirmation and asked twice, no apologies for broken items. Have stayed before, but this will be our last.
